    Awesome service Buildmor has won my heart out of all 5 hardware stores in that area they are the only ones that make time for their customers, I felt like the only customer in that store, thanks for the 5 star service I'll definitely come back for more.

😠 I had the worst experience ever. S certain Thembani left us for 2hrs attending to other people without even letting us know why we had to wait. They don't deserve even a star. What I find most offensive is that he didn't know what I was complaining about. That place has no customer care at all

👍👍 I have to share how easy it was to get a quotation over the phone, having it sent over email and paying on my side as I was still in Cape Town when I bought the material. it was easy to have it delivered to my village, very good customer care and they do call to check if everything was delivered.
