It was great, and they have nice food.

They ask you which size of big Mac ?

They did not have a vegetarian breakfast so we ordered veg burgers from the lunch menu. The lettuce was not fresh. However, the service was very good.

Kind staff and meals were good, they just didn’t have some stuff that was part of breakfast meals, cappuccinos/iced coffee or any espresso based drinks, was refused any type of substitute for missing items of meals.

I have been living in King William's Town since 1995 and have been coming to Mc Donalds since it opened and since November 2022 - now I have been a regular at this place and I see that male, white or coloured customers get preferential treatment and are served their food seated down while us women are served with attitude and most of the servers either do not give us wipes, tomato sauce or the correct orders and do not ask whether our orders are takeaway or not and there are gossips in the kitchen who do not call each other accountable for their behavior, this place is a joke. No sense of professionalism and the air-con is on when it is super cold. Who manages this branch anyway?

we have waited in the drive through for more than 20min and after that wait they used our till slip to make our order. Due to that the chicken mc nuggets aren't ready and now we waiting in grill bay as you can see from the photo paid over 30min ago for the food and still don't have it.

One of our stops to Jeffreys bay. Foods okay. Service not the greatest and a sombre setting.

Once again Mc Donald's was disappointing as they didn't have what I wanted to order.

They struggled to give me a correct order and the chips were cold.

Terrible, they advertise food and drinks that they don’t have and the service is terrible, cashiers are rude and don’t care

Best Mega McMufff I tasted. Service is very customer oriented.

The chips and burger did not taste McDonalds. Don't know how to explain it. Chips were dry and flavorless.

Still very new, but they were more than willing to go the extra mile.

Decided to spoil the kids. The drive thru was convenient but felt that it might have been better to actually go in. Everything was fine. Serves it's purpose.

Went out of their way to ensure I get somethi ng to eat while awaiting my food to arrive as there was loadshedding at the time

Please at the drive thru be specific on pricing, clearly state that those are APP prices or let your servers say before placing order that the shown prices only apply to the APP. Also teach your staff to speak appropriately to customers....

I ordered through a drive through, and when I went to collection area I was told to go and wait at a parking area , I waited more than 30 minutes , only to recieve a wrong order , when I called them to say the order was wrong they told me to send my son as they can't hear me, when my son went there, they said there's nothing wrong with the order as and sent him back to me. I had to go there myself and when they asked questions, I told them to look at the slip and look at the order they had given me and I left

Today I drove such a distance, passed all food outlets to stop at Mc Donald's in Qonce. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large jalapeño fries and after waiting for such a long time to be served, one would think the COLD fries were a result of the long queue of cars but at the pick up point I still waited a few minutes for my order. We all know how cold fries taste. Sorely disappointed.

The kids had fun there if only they could add more seats but Everything else was good .

Friendly and decisive service. The seemed short staffed but also seemed to be handling it well . The young man at the payment window and the ordering microphone izolo was efficient in his multitasking, clear in his communication and polite/friendly. Also SA is a young country, Africa a young continent, his Danko salute was reflective of todays culture and his youthfulness. Rather than to think it unprofessional I think it was authentic. Thumbs up to him! PS they looked short staffed so if you know somebody who needs a job they should pop in and enquire.

Bad service ever!!!!!! I am sooooo dissapointed with the service I received today in KWT. I don't even know what to call this. All I can say is I ordered a Big Mac(Regular size) and this is what I received and to make matters worse I was charged a price for medium meal.

Wost service ever!!!!! It was my first time ordering here. First they got my order wrong (after waiting extremely long) i then went inside to talk to the manager, explained everything to her and she worked in such in hurry (some of my fries even fell out while she tried to sort everything out). If that wasn’t enough they got my order wrong again for the second time. By now i was fed up and just decided to leave without confronting them again. So disappointed. Never going there again.
