Yhoooo sooo superb!!! From what happened to me yesterday, Nick's foods amazingly, amaze me. I was so shocked, confused and have big fear of going back to my colleagues, to explain that, their collection go down to the drain. The food I bought for them from Nick's slipped out of the trolley while I came out from the front entrance approaching robots. Easy guys they noted that there was nothing I can do as the trolley was old. They bring the staff back and serve me with same amount of food. I will never forget that. It's clearly, they serve customers to ensure they satisfy their needs without seeking to get profit only. Whe I saw this platform, I found it meant for people like me to thank them properly. Thank you so much again

Bad customer care by the manager. Needed to use their bathroom I was told I must go shop where there is facilities by the manager on duty 12 April 2022. Because their bathrooms are for staff only. Had to leave a full trolley there

The place is most of the time untidy only on the outside but provides good services

Nick's foods is a convenient store but their employee who is at the entrance/exit with those trolley boys I'm not sure if he is the trolley manager or what is going to chase customers away with his attitude of boosting with car keys and not being customers Husband wheres he is disrespecting women in that entrance. They took my groceries out of the trolley and put it down trying to take the trolley with my grocery from me. I'm going to lay a complaint they not even wearing masks no sanitizing and expect one to allow those dirty trolley boys to touch your grocery. I'm so angry right now because this is my life we are talking about not anybody else's.

Everything it's fresh ... The workers are very friendly and good commucaters to the customers.... And the safety and security it is tight

Traffic inside but you don't feel it because there are plenty tellers and they are friendly and also quick

Yjo don't go there after 5pm and the mama's have started cleaning. If looks could kill I'd be dead, that time I need to get to something in the middle of the aisle. The store is affordable and spacious, the staff though need to have an attitude shift.

I saw changes in KWT like Shoprite next to Mabovula butchery,it was clean

Don't like how full it gets here but they never run out of stock. The queues are always long, the trolleys are not all well functioning.

There's that other door with a hot counter which always have something warm inside. With wonderful cookers. 💖

My favourite shop when am home on holidays. The shop is massive and it's got everything starting from fresh veggies, fresh meat and everything else one needs. Very clean and well organised. Friendly staff from the tellers, floor staff, butchery staff. This includes the staff/bouncers and at the doors and the friendly trolley guys🙌❤️🙏😊. ATM facilities also makes our lives convenient. Thank you so much 🥰❤️. I do brag about you 😜🙂

Nick's Food have atm inside which are more safer than the ATMs around town as some of us go to work as its still dark and come back from work later, so if you want to withdraw money for transport or lunch Nick's Food is the better supermarket but I think they should also add capitec as 70% of population at KWT uses capitec
