Store manager refused me to make a purchase regardless of attempts made to provide proof of identity... Even the lady who works at the store called NCRS to very my details and that passed but manager still refused to allow me to make a purchase. Not to mention they had no problem with me paying the account without physical ID doc. Bad customer service experience ever recieved. Don't even wanna talk about the sassy attitude he gave 😔😔.

compliment to the staff there. just awesome. only had one clueless but this can happen. others are super helpful, have an eye, friendly cashiers, friendly service, you can find anything here and prices are just awesome. we forgot a piece bought somewhere else in our trolley and got it back a week later.

It's clean, spacious. Ther's no need to ask for the items. Food is always fresh but a bit expensive. Game if far from taxi tanks which means is for people with transport. Everything you need is there

Worse Game experience ever, service is very poor, only one person helping in a section and others just walking around. Poor poor service, waited almost two hours to be helped.

The store itself offers a huge range of of products from appliances, to the latest electronics, right down to a wide selection of wooden spoons to gift your mother-in-law with. The only issue that I have with this game in particular is that their staff tend to drag their feet at times when you need assistance. Other than that, the store is reasonably priced and overall is generally well kept.

I bought a fridge from them. The freezer door does not open without being defrosted. I reported but was not happy with the manner in which my complaint was handled. If there was a zero rating, that is what they deserve.

Such an unpleasant experience! To the extent that I decided to cancel my intention to purchase the spinning bicycle I really wanted. You need to invest in your staff and make them understand that your business is non existent if you don't have customers and that they can result in your clients walking out. Game, it is not your compatitors that will close your doors it's your very own staff.

Thoroughly disgusted by Nomvuzo Koti who was the manager yesterday 6th December 2022 . Lady , you are rude and lack customer service , the teller was apologizing for you and how you handled an authorization issue. I cannot help that you have specials and the system is not picking them up. I would also like to report the false advertising in the Liquor store from the normal price to the now price.

I bought a Univa Stove on the 19/12/2022 and the stove was delivered on the 21/12/2022, I noticed that the stove was damaged and the bottom drawer don’t close properly, it was closed by a cellotape…. I’m so disappointed with their service.
