For shopping of basic groceries, clothing, electronic devices: you are covered!

Parking space a great challenge,the safety when you leave after 6 especially in winter. The mall has variety of shops

Galaxy Bingo King William's Town is definitely a must try, their food is always freshly prepared and delicious 😋 there mixed grill is absolutely 👌 👍

This mall unfortunately lacks parking. This could be such an awesome mall if more attention was spent on it. Look at adding a kiddies play area or a games room. Shops should consider staying open alittle longer perhaps on month ends. Create some form of entertainment not just for kids but adults as well as this will attract more people. But being my home town , The Mall rocks!

Easy accesible and safety is their number one priority with visible security guards. You can get all the major retail stores under one roof

Easy and simple. It doesn't consist of crime and drugs, clean and spontaneous Best service ever , everything It's superb

Good place nice shopes and views.. problem is the atms 🏧, long Q's I think they only have about 3 atms 🏧 otherwise good place

It's a great place for shopping and it's much safer.

I try to avoid this mall as much as possible. Parking is hell, and the security just seems not to care mostly. It looks like people leave their cars for free parking and go to other places like East London.

The mall is always clean and also has very proffesional securities n yet keeping the place safe

My local mall. It's a really nice mall with lots of options for stores and a nice parking lot. Given that it is a small mall, getting there is simple.

Place is clean and neat easy access to shops and very visible security. I enjoyed my visit there.

Small efficient place to eat and shop around town

Trading hours is a big concern for me,the hours don't really accommodate the working class.furthermore parking is an issue.

It's clean and accessible but relatively small

it's awesome. I love seeing people's faces, if you're planning on meeting people then "The Mall" is the place to go👌🏽.

I liked the place it's clean and tidy, got transport at the back the reason I give it four 🌟 you have to pay to take a pee
