Most equipment are available. They are health cautious, always cleaning the gym equipment.

Very nice aerobics classes, friendly instructors and trainers. They have the relevant equipment for the unique body shape you need.

The gym is has a large cliente evidently so due to the number of people coming in There is a lot of traffic in the gym during peak hours 4-7 pm. The space is not big enough. They have different types of gym equipment. Although some are not functional to to wear and tear. The price is R390 monthly no contract which is a good thing. However I think the R390 is a bit pricy. They have aerobic classes.

Treadmills, Cycling gear and floor mats not up to standard. Worn out. Could work on revamping the changerooms/bahrooms as well

Health avenue gym what can i say I've been a member since, actually I'm not sure when but it's been a little while now and I'm happy.... Especially if I can be more specific, the afternoon classes (17:15)monday to Wednesday supper cool
