They don’t have hot shower, food is terrible no flavor at all the. The bed sheets had very visible stains on them. The people are very nice I just recommend to have snacks there but to not to stay or have a meal.Such a waste for a place with such a great interior it has potential but very poor management

Ambience is really good 👍. Cool breeze beside the huge Bishoftu lake and scenic view. But they really need to work on their food and services. We had to wait until our food was done for a bottle of wine to come.

I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the staff at Noora Resort and, based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying here. We had reserved all rooms at the resort three months in advance for a one-week event with over 50 participants. Shockingly, upon arrival, we were informed that accommodations for more than 20 of our guests were no longer allowed to stay at the hotel (double booking—something the resort had been aware of well in advance but failed to communicate). This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional, further damaging the experience. The situation created unnecessary stress and division within our group, as some guests had to be relocated to accommodations far from the event venue. This level of service is not what one would expect from a resort and certainly not for a professional event of this scale.

Its lake side view was the best especially in the morning. The place was so amazing and very modern. The food was so good but expensive. The only downside is that it doesn’t have any swimming pool and gym but it is in progress. The rooms were cheaper than other hotels, it was only 80$ for one night. This one of the best experience in debre zeyit

The place is truly wonderful. Our host invited us to the presidential ward (video attached). The vintage woodwork is absolutely breathtaking. The way the varied levels and elevations are seamlessly integrated with the natural cliffs is stunning, and the position and scenery of the lake are simply amazing. However, the hotel administration and staff could benefit from adopting more professional manners and a structured system. We also encountered a situation that I prefer not to mention, as it may lead to political sensitivities.

It really made a difference and added a special touch to my experience. The food deserves a big shoutout! absolutely delicious! The buffet breakfast, in particular, was a highlight for me. It offered a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options, and I looked forward to it every morning. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a cozy escape, I can wholeheartedly recommend Noora Resort. I left with such a full heart and can’t wait to return!

This is a fabulous resort. The building and architecture is beautiful. The view of the lake is amazing. And the staff is some of the best people around. One gentleman, Galeta was very helpful and the head chef Toby took great care of us with the food we ordered. Unfortunately, we only spent a few hours here, but we are definitely coming back to stay in the future since it is a short drive from Addis Ababa. Come and enjoy this place!

Gorgeous resort with breathtaking views and fresh air all around for unwinding and chill. The place is big, super clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming with nice service. Food is great, and the scenery is stunning. Just wish there were more activities to do there. It gets windy bring something warm!
