One of the best resort in Ethiopia what an amazing experience! The rooms were so spacious and beautifully decorated, the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. 😍✨The staff was absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly top-notch hospitality! 👏🙌The food was fantastic! So many delicious options, and everything was cooked to perfection. A foodie’s paradise! 🍽️😋you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway, I HIGHLY recommend Adulala Resort! Can’t wait to go back! 🌿🏞️💆♂️
I am deeply ashamed because of this experience in my birth country. The hotel owners here seem only focused on collecting money, with no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, and basic amenities like hot water and proper bedding were missing. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it’s truly a 0-star service establishment.
this is the most worst resort anyone could ever go to , the rooms are ok but management and service provision are beyond awful, they will serve you a food that you can literally tell i has gone bad and could be poisons, you can literally smell a dead animal around the restaurant and the don't get me started on the management they will be treating you like they pay you to stay , they are totally not willing to listen compliant, they somehow disrespect you when speaking to them, waiters are nice but event coordinator ,lol also the manager called Fantahun is the most disrespectful person i ever met in such industry , you can't even get anyone else than him to give your compliant. i totally don't recommend it, my entire 5 days stay at there was the most awful thing.
I recently stayed at Adulala Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high hopes for a relaxing getaway, but I was met with a series of disappointments that made my stay quite unpleasant. Firstly, the customer service was incredibly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our needs. Simple requests took an unreasonably long time to be addressed, and when they were, the responses were often curt and unhelpful. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience than valued guests. And they told us there is no breakfast buffet because they don’t have enough customer and they have us menu with only three egg options and they only had water melon and avocado and we order avocado and it was tasteless and the breakfast was so bad not made us we order 😣😣😣
The place is so amazing it’s so beautiful the water area is breathtaking i was so happy at first but then when we got our room we snapped the toilet smells there was no towel, flip flops, shampoo…. Plus they over charge on everything, me and my partner we had two shots of whiskey and they charged us 2000 that’s not fair plus there are lots of bed bugs and insects in the room. Definitely not coming back again.
Dear Adullala Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. While the reception staff were friendly and efficient, the quality of service within the rooms and throughout the hotel fell significantly short of expectations. **Room Concerns:** * **Cleanliness:** The rooms were not adequately cleaned, with visible dirt and a lack of basic toiletries. * **Bedding:** The bedsheets and covers were in poor condition, appearing discolored and worn. The mattresses were uncomfortable and felt damp. * **Furniture:** Tables and couches were broken and unusable. * **Plumbing Issues:** The shower had significant leaks and low water pressure. The toilet was not flushing properly, and the sink had a clogged drain. * **Power Outages:** Our room experienced a prolonged power outage, and the hotel staff were slow to address the issue. **Pool Area Issues:** * **Poor Service:** Service at the pool area was extremely slow. Food and drinks took over an hour to arrive, and the quality of the food was unacceptable. * **Cold Water:** The pool water was quite cold, which may be uncomfortable for young children. **Other Concerns:** * **Breakfast:** While generally okay, breakfast lacked essential items such as cereal. * **Value for Money:** For a hotel of this supposed standard, the price of $75 per night is not justified by the quality of service and amenities provided. **Positive Aspects:** * **Reception:** The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. * **Children's Facilities:** The playground and games were enjoyed by the children. **Overall:** Adullala Hotel has significant room for improvement in terms of room maintenance, cleanliness, service quality, and food and beverage offerings. Based on my experience, I believe the hotel currently deserves a rating of no more than two stars. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address the identified shortcomings. Sincerely,
The worst resort I have ever been to. Please go somewhere else and save your money.
We stayed at Adulala resort yesterday. Unfortunately it fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, the cleanliness was immediately concerning. The rooms were dirty, with dust and stains evident on surfaces, and the bathrooms were poorly maintained. It was disheartening to find ripped beddings with stains and unpleasant smell. Additionally, the overall health and safety measures appeared haphazard. One wilful glass window was broken with holes and the family room doesn’t lock from inside. The pool area was cluttered and the water did not look properly treated, raising concerns about hygiene. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to all issues, which only added to the frustration. While the location was beautiful, the lack of attention to cleanliness and health standards overshadowed any potential enjoyment. I would not recommend this resort unless significant improvements are made.
Great place to relax except the massage corner (towels and massage beds are socked with oil and not cleaned)
The room was very spacious and neat but not well maintained. The lighting in the room was okay but not great. The service at the restaurant was not good at all. The pool is small and there aren't any other activities to engage in except a boat ride.
