My experience with this hotel was terrible. I even had to cut my trip short. You can hear every inkling from the entire building, which makes sleeping next to impossible.
We where staying at 402 premier sweet Thank you for your service however, we encountered several issues with the bathroom. It had an unpleasant odor and hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the bathroom door was broken, and the toilet seat was damaged, which made sitting uncomfortable due to pinching. But the other service was great, the food was little bit pricey in love with the view thank you !
Firstly a lot on the menu at the restaurant was not there. There was no chicken meals altogether. The most annoying thing was the showers that were not working and when they worked it was cold water coming out. Couldn’t shower after being on a journey for the whole day. Was trying to boil water to make coffee and the kettle is not working. Sad to say, It will be very difficult to recommend this hotel to anyone
We had lunch. The food was pretty good, and the white sangria was great.the view and overall location was very pleasant.
The view of the lake was amazing. The food was more than delicious. I recommend this place to you all.
I spent a week at this property, and regrettably, my experience was quite negative. As a professional in this sector, I observed that while the resort boasts a good location with a pleasant view, the swimming pool is quite small and poorly maintained. Despite being advertised a spa, it has been out of service for a long time. The staff, from management to receptionists, lack the necessary skills to operate such a business, and there was no professional chef in the kitchen. Although some staff members tried their best, it was evident they lacked proper training. Throughout my seven-day stay, I had to change rooms three times due to numerous issues. Maintenance was virtually non-existent, particularly in the rooms, which were deplorable. The rooms were spacious but poorly kept; they were extremely dirty, the fridges were inoperative, most light switches and sockets were broken, the shower flooded, and the boiler leaked continuously. In my final room, even the TV was broken. Frequent power outages occurred, and the low-quality generator could not sustain power, leading to mornings without light or water. The rooms lacked air conditioning or fans, and opening the windows was not an option due to insects and the absence of mosquito nets. The rooms featured nice balconies, but they were unusable without chairs. On my third day, I discovered the mattress was infested with bedbugs, which led to numerous bites. After moving to another room, the management irresponsibly reassigned my previous room to another guest within two hours. The breakfast offered was of very low quality with limited options, and the overall quality of food at the restaurant was substandard, with a laughable menu. This resulted in many guests leaving after merely reading the menu, a clear indication of management's disregard for guest satisfaction. This location has the potential to transform into a luxury boutique resort. However, without investment and professionally skilled individuals, its future does not seem promising. Perhaps the property owners are not fully aware of the situation, or they are indifferent to the possibility of significantly higher profits from this business.
