Horrendous for the disabled leaving colostomy patient with no collection device due to them not signing requested prescription for almost a week ring day after day no help just excuses now patient will be left a whole weekend no devices absolute disgrace

Can't get through and when you do there are no appointments and they absolutely won't 'prebook' an appointment. Like that's fine may aswell die shall I? Not all of us can actually afford to take any time off work at such short notice because god forbid we struggle with mental health! Or ongoing illnesses

Wow never thought I’d ever write a review.. since 2:00 o’clock I’ve been ringing to hear an automated message saying “we are busy call back later” gets to around 5:10 it puts me through into a queue I’m say waiting for 15 minutes before the phone hangs up whilst I’m in the queue I call back ends straight away at 5:25 telling me there no longer answering calls. They close at 5:30. This is an important job, they potentially are saving lives getting people help quickly I’ve waited all weekend to call. Absolutely outrages.

Very happy with the service I received from this practice. Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The same day I registered at the practice, I received a phone appointment with the doctor. ( who was also very helpful). Signed up for online services which is a big help and even got a hand delivered letter yesterday. Not sure why everyone’s complaining to be honest
