First time we went to Taco Johns none of the food was right at all and it was all cold. It wasn’t the pleasant experience and now this time around choosing to make a person wait while others are being served first is not okay. I’d say this place is by far the worst place in town for customer service and food

Taco Johns in Devils Lake is the far worst one I have ever been to in my life. We got 2- 6packs and a pound. It was fine at first. My boyfriend and I got our food with somewhat of an attitude. We said thank you hoping to enjoy a great fast hot meal on our way back out of town to go home. We start eating it there. Our potato oles where cold. We hoped our tacos would be better. We left and started leaving town. I have bad cell service and when I finally got threw, the worker that answered was very rude and had attitude. He hung up on me. I tried calling back and had to leave a message. He didn't give a name or nothing. To top it off, we ordered 6 of them with lettuce and 6 without, all of them had lettuce. Will never eat here again. A waste of money and a waste of time.

They wore masks and was quick work my order. Seemed like a good staff that actually care about customers!

We ordered a 75.00 dollar meal. The manager waited on us, he was very diligent. We received everything we ordered fresh and hot. Not one thing was missed. As a qsr restaurant owner I was impressed. Great service.

The 2 guys working the other night were professional and courteous. Yeah it was a long wait (but remember only 2 guys working). I appreciated the professionalism at the drive-thru.

Slowest service I have ever seen, will not take orders up front only drivethru 30+ minute wait.

If it was possible 0 stars. WAY over Salted potato oles and crispy tacos were beyond saturated. Completely sponge like🤮🤮🤮🤮

My family of 7 got 2- 6 pack and a pound. The Potatoe Olay were really great as usual!

Waited in lobby for 35 mins, no one would would take my order. My sister is pregnant and her feet are swollen from standing in line. Bad customer service. VERY BAD.

Kenyan the cashier was a wonderful guy. I was able to go in and order to go. I arrived at the end of the breakfast and had to wait for my lunch order, which was no problem to me. I'm very satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

The food is usually pretty good. However, the day I was there they were out of potatoe oles and hot sauce. I'm not sure how a Taco Johns runs out of those two items. With proper planning and ordering, that shouldn't be an issue.

We ordered hard shell tacos with sour cream no tomato no sour cream no cheese and very little hamburger we eat here alot on Friday nites..very poor..very disappointed

Love the Chipotle lime fried chicken taco! Staff is always great, very welcoming and the lobby is clean. Our order was almost $90 so we had to wait out front. When they brought our order out they were very courteous and made sure our order was correct. Timing on waiting was not long at all.

Devils lake, nd taco johns is the WORST place to eat, the staff there is very rude, the person at the drive threw window ripped my card out of my hand and then when giving it back gave me a sarcastic comment and to top it off the food was ice cold and olays were soggy and no taste i will not be going back there any time soon

It's a new store so it was clean. Would be marked higher but wholy cow they were slow. Food was good as expected.

Worst place ever! Lady gets on the drive thru says itll be 20mins with four cars in the parking lot. I say thats fine. Doesnt ask to take my order. Guess she wanted me to wait 20 mins to just take my order. Two cars pulled out of the drive thru before me duh to this horrible service.

Better food than taco bell...but the team at this location really messed up our order. I mentioned that something looked like it missing. But they insisted it was in the bag. A close look indeed confirmed the item was missing, they also gave another wrong item and missed two other items. Complete mess up that took an additional 10mins to fix. Overall...a 20min drivethru experience.

My hardshell tacos were all soggie from grease it was disgusting. They were all soft. Not impressed.

Waited an hour, it was a crunch for a cause so expected a little wait. But food qasnt impressive, chicken strips over cooked.

Tries the new street tacos mango shrimp. I thought they were good. Something different then plain regular tacos

Got super nachos & a grilled chicken burrito on two separate days and they were great both days. (In general I recommend without nacho cheese, it's not really necessary on the nachos or the grilled burrito)

Ok... it's obviously not a 4 star "restaurant". But, as far as fast food taco places go... ie, taco bell and John's... this place gets the job done. They are relatively quick and consistent and prices are reasonable.
