Never have a bad experience at our taco johns. Thanks for making my burrito with no potatoes while I need to eat something soft. ❤️ much appreciated guys

They offered a free meal to all active duty military and veterans on Veterans Day. However once inside, the server indicated we needed the app to enroll for the meal. I don't use apps, so no meal. Big disappointment for this veteran.

Love their food, but they may need to heat it up more, half the time when I get home the food gets cold really fast.

Very busy, but service was good. Taco meat was cool and the oles were a bit over cooked.

Very disrespectful, forgot our drinks, wait 10 min after ordering, everyone was standing around, and kept coming out to try to pet our dogs instead of working.

They have messed our order up the last 2 times we were there. When we called to let them know the person who answered the phone told us that it was correct he'd been there for over 8 years as a manager an we were just wrong. They were hard shell tacos but without sauce. Kind of hard not to see a red sauce soaking the food giving it a spicy taste. Extremely terrible customer service!!
