Only
cleanliness
is
good.
Otherwise
nothing
seems
to
be
like
a
4
star
hotel.
Breakfast
hall
has
coffee
machine
out
of
order,
no
proper
cutlery,
the
staff
hardly
understand
English.
Inspite
of
booking
a
classic
room
through
booking.com,
hotel
was
not
providing
even
a
complimentary
bottle
of
water
saying
not
included
in
package.
Had
to
fight
for
it
until
they
agreed.
The
room
I
checked
in
had
broken
partition
wall
on
the
bath
tub.
Had
to
change
the
room.
Limited
availability
of
toiletries.
Even
for
a
toilet
roll
we
need
to
ask
for.
The
room
phone
does
not
display
any
extention
numbers
or
info
on
where
to
call..
The
reception
staff
is
hardly
on
their
desk.
The
hotel
lift
is
out
of
order
since
I
arrived.
They
keep
saying
they
will
fix
it
but
until
now
2
days,
nothing
done.
There
is
no
restaurant
in
hotel,
they
say
its
shut
due
to
Covid.
The
electricity
keeps
going
on
and
off.
Its
for
the
4th
time
since
morning.
Time
now
is
1430
hrs.
Only
cleaning
is
good.
No
minibar..
its
empty.
Even
the
fridge
is
not
on.
No
laundry
bags
are
available..
upon
asking
for
one,
the
staff
brought
in
a
black
litter
bag
to
put
in
dirty
clothes.
Overall
austerity
measures
are
being
applied
everywhere
and
customers
are
being
charged
in
full.

my
opinion
not
worth
for
money
we
pay..
