Really friendly owner and attentive team. The food is good and makes a pleasant change from the Portuguese style food that is popular in Bissau.

I didn't think I could find an Indian cuisine so good in Bissau. I really liked the food and the table service was so good as for the local standards. Inside it looks very modern and clean. I recommend it and will be returning shortly.

Definitely the best Indian food in Bissau - extremely flavoursome and well cooked. Quite pricey but an excellent treat. The owner goes for the hard sell but he's a nice guy and runs a great restaurant. Absolutely recommend.

Outdoor and indoor setting. Tasty and diverse menu, overpriced. Although it never happened to me, about 1 in 4 people get sick. Best tomato soup in town.

Food,service and atmosphere is too good

There is no Taxi driver in this city who knows Handi Restaurant. You destroyed my day, because we never reached there. And my wife is now mad at you. We never eat in Bissau in a restaurant again. I am not hungry anymore. Eat your Indian food alone! I never come back to Africa. Bye! We and an Indian, who seemed to help us but have no idea, ran around maybe 4 ... 8 km without finding your restaurant. Have a nice life!

Excellent food, tasty, perfectly awesome authentic Aroma but of course overpriced, i generally try Indian food in every African and European countries but i noticed price is little high, otherwise taste, service & atmosphere is perfect. As a customer i would advise they need to improve little more to touch authentic taste of India.

Nice homely restaurant.. you feel like home made Indian food and nice ambience with outdoor sitting.. Some efforts on garden will make it a lavish resturant..
