No matter how fancy it looks, they are CHEAPSKATES!! Basically i went to do my meeting since it looks nice and okey place to do that and when i go to take my car and leave they tell me that above 800mkd only 1 car is free parking, and for the other one we have to pay because for 2 cars we have to eat inside for more than 1600mkd which is almost impossible to do in less than an hour for 2 people in that restaurant. Instead of making me bring all my clients and partners there on meetings, they made me never go there anymore in the first place since the food is not even better than other places in our city, just the ambient.

2022 - Very dissapointed. Food Quality, service and cooking under all criticism. How can you serve a raw fillet of pork, cold pasta, dry chicken.. and wait 30 min to get a beer etc etc etc One positive thing, modern atmosphere!! 2021 - Very great 2020 - Corona year 2019 - Very great

Food was decent. Good chicken and pork, nice drinks and service was fast. Butttttt. How can you not add garlic to tzatziki... It was just yogurt and cucumber. The decor and overall atmosphere were nice however!

Like this place and its atmosphere it's as central as it can be! My experience is from the restaurant and never had any problems! visiting them couple of times a week at any given time! A lot of people but they always deliver great food and have nice entertainment weekends & holidays.

Service at the restaurant is terible, we came in the morning for breakfast, we would have stayed only 1 hour, place was empty but they told us everything is reserved and the other waitress said “let them take walk, who cares”. Very poor service, they were obviously very lazy, didn’t want to have to clean the table for the next customer.

Great food, good service. Shamelessly cold inside. I empathize with the employees that have to work there during the winter. Trying to save money on utilities is NOT a good sign.

We ordered corba and it was the worst food ever nothing was fresh and good . The food was disgusting and expensive. First and last time here and never again. Don't go there

The most horrible experience ever. The waitresses are patting the street dog's and in the same time they serving food and drinks... It can't be more disgusting than that!

Great location and excellent food. The tables in front of the hotel are too close, so it is not pleasant to sit next to someone who is smoking.

If you enjoy being in the middle surrounded with the main attractions, bars, popular places and local activities, then this is definitely the place to stay in Bitola. The hotel is like a landmark positioned on the middle of the famous "Shiroksokak" walkway and just stands out. It offers a cosy and quite modern accommodation with a variety of amenities already available at your disposal.

I don't know anything about the hotel itself, but I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was excellent.

Awful service for the place with this much potential. The oner spent lots of money to make a place cozy and comfortable, but the personal is too much easy going and unprofessional. We expected so much more from the food we ordered.

The worst service in the planet my friend order mohito, but they don,t have or don,t serve evei it,s it in a menu then he order Cuba Libre and water and waitress say we don,t serve a water only with caffe, then i order irish caffe with coca cola but you know what? The caffe has no C from caffe it was only aromated cold watter so please don, go to this place there is a much better place in town.

There is a lot of good things, from the last time when I was here. Better organanization and fast service. I saw one guy that was all over the tables, and organaizing the waiters. Overall, the food was great. Price little more over average, but good place.

For the price they sell the salad, they should wash and pick the lettuce carefully.. staff friendly, service fast

Food was okey but nothing special while the prices are really high! Especially for the locals.. the service was also not really good the where trying but not service that compatible with the price of this restaurant

When i was there the most of the Hotel was on maintenance renovation. The facilities were closed. The room was small the tv was old. The shower was leaking. The floor was dirty too much long women hair on the floor Asked for service to iron my shirts they didn't want to help me. The receptionist girl was nice. And the restaurant was also nice staff and food. So the 1 starr go only for them.

Fine dinning restaurant in the middle of Bitola with great service and friendly atmosphere. No words needed for food witch was delicious.

The service in the restaurant is great, it's clean and well organised. The food is OK, nothing special, prices are higher than the other restaurants. In general, it's nice place for dining.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never visited a place with such bad and unprofessional staff and management. Not recommending it to anyone.

Spacious and cosy restaurant (both indoors and outdoors seats). Good service, great food and beverages . A bit more expensive than ALL the restaurants in the town

I've only ever been in the restaurant so I can't speak for the hotel. The food was amazing but the service was kinda slow, we had to ask like 5 times for a cup of water, and after when we wanted to pay the staff was nowhere around.

Best hotel in Bitola, with wonderful terace, great food, polite waiters. Definitely I'm going back. Everybody who have a chance should visit this great restorant and hotel.

Our experience was overall pretty good. They accommodated a group of 11 very well with 2 close tables and sat us down very quickly. It took a very long time for the waiter to take our order though and the pasta carbonara was mediocre. The salads were great though and my companions loved their pizza.
