I was in need of service on my Rolex which stopped working. They had it repaired ahead of the promised time and for a reasonable price. The watch-smith and the sales associate, Antonio, I picked it up from both provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond what I had expected. I also cannot believe how good it looks. I’ve had this watch for 9 years and it came back looking out of the box brand new. Couldn’t be happier with this place. Would definitely recommend for repairs and purchases.

THE best Rolex authorized dealer so far I’ve encountered with. Friendly staff, always polite no matter how many times you visit to get an update on the waitlist. Especially AMBER ❤️ is my GoTo associate. Got a call for my ROLEX REF:126331 within 3 months. Waiting for my rest of the Rolex collection box to be filled up. Definitely recommended for other watch brands and jewelry collection is stunning.

I can’t say enough great things about Antonio and Amber at Ben Bridge Park Meadows! They are never too busy to spend time with me, regardless if I’m buying, browsing, or just want to chat about the state of the Rolex market that day. I always feel like they are doing their best to find me whatever piece I’m looking for, no matter how difficult it might be to get. Nothing but great things to say about my first order of business here. From the moment I walked in to the store to the moment I left it was an all around warm and welcoming environment. I visited to inquire about a watch and I was greeted by Antonio who let me know that the wait could be long but would put me on the list. So far it was what I expected but then he followed up by offering me a different love that had just come in. I took up his and offer and while I waited for everything to be squared away we talked about watches from different brands and he even showed me some cool micro brand pieces. They worked with me on every step of the design process and provided their expertise to ensure that my custom designed bracelet was what I wanted. And it was PERFECT. Our experience with Ben Bridge has been absolutely wonderful so far. I had a custom wedding ring designed for our upcoming wedding and it turned out absolutely perfect! My first experience with this family operated business (through many generations of Bridges) was in purchasing a Rolex from Ben Bridge Tucson 30 years ago. Today I bought a new Tudor in Park Meadows, Lone Tree, Colorado and the experience is just the same. These folks are all very capable, knowledgeable, patient, and cordial. Did I mention patience?! I am a very detail oriented person and kinda high maintenance, so I can tell you they are above average. My first encounter was with Miss Somany over the phone. She is a delight and very helpful. I am from out of town, so when I came in to buy my new watch, it was her day off, so I dealt with Mr. Eric. He really helped me in my decision of which was the right purchase for my needs and usage. I even got to speak with the watchmaker, Mr. Ryan. Also, Miss America answers the phone with always a song in her voice, as does Mr. Hasan and everyone who answers the phone. I want to commend everyone that works for Ben and Bridge at Park Meadows Mall in Colorado. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and personable. I can’t rave enough about America, she’s AMAZING. America is so out going, approaches everyone with a smile, if you’re looking for something specific she will find it or she will go out of her way to see if it can be made by the jeweler. Excellent customer service! My go to at Ben and Bridge is America. But anyone there that helps you is just as wonderful. I have five pieces of jewelry from Ben and Bridge. I had a great experience both times at this location for watch repairs on my 9 year old son’s pikachu watch, even though it was obviously not bought here (wouldn’t it be interesting if they had kids watches?!?). The first time was for a battery replacement about a month ago and the second time was today for a buckle and strap loop replacement. Everyone is very welcoming and (most importantly) tries to find a solution before flat out saying no. My son and I are so grateful that they were able to help him with his starter watch. We will definitely be back when we are in need of future repairs and/or watches!!

We had all of our gold and diamonds stolen earlier this year and today got to replace my husbands wedding band and a small band for me. Very excited to have some bands back. Personal referrals both in business and my personal life are essential tools I use to find great businesses and service providers. This Ben Bridge location is no exception. I was referred to this location by my daughter who had purchased a watch as a special gift from America for her husband. My daughter had been referred by her husbands uncle who has made purchases from America in the past. America’s customer service and follow up are impeccable. She is friendly and well informed, I felt a connection when I first met her. She truly makes you feel like a family friend. I have already made a purchase with her and I’m looking forward to being a long term client and friend.

We truly appreciate the craftsmanship of Ryan Bramlett at Ben Bridge. He recognizes quality and takes great care when services our watches. I came in this past weekend to inquire about my current position on a waitlist for a Rolex. I also mentioned that I was in the market for a datejust. I basically came at the right time, because they had one available. I ended up leaving with the datejust completely satisfied. It was nice to chat with Antonio on subjects outside of jewelry and felt like I was talking to a friend of mine. The staff was also extremely patient with my three kids roaming around during my time in the store. I also pretty much talked to most of the staff there while I was waiting to be sized. A little bit about me: I’m not the kind of guy to leave reviews. I’m also not the kind of guy who can spend 3 months of salary lightly and or be happy about it, but I felt compelled to leave a review after our experience. I purchased a wedding band and a customized engagement ring here. Ben Bridge was great because we were able to view the diamonds we were interested in before purchasing them, which is becoming more and more rare. The selection available was also amazing, if not overwhelming. All that said, what really set Ben Bridge apart was Eric at the Park Meadows Mall who was fantastic, and made us feel comfortable the entire way through. We had to visit multiple times throughout our process and each time Eric greeted us with a genuine smile. Throughout our conversations you could tell he knew what he was talking about and truly cared about making sure we got what we wanted. He was never pushy, and he was always truly patient with us, even despite our indecisiveness. We shopped around at all the major venues and none of them came close to the amazing service we received from Eric. My only regret is I have no additional needs for jewelry at the moment, but when I do we’ll be returning to see Eric at Ben Bridge.

This was our first trip into a Ben Bridge Jeweler. We live about 5.5 hours west of Denver, 10 hours typically in the winter; nonetheless, we were greeted warmly by Antonio Friginal. I was fairly direct in telling him that being from out of town and here for other reasons than looking at luxury watches, he didn’t change his demeanor nor his willingness to chat products and spend quality time with us. There are several brands in consideration for the next piece in my collection, Tudor being one them and having never physically seen, handled or wore one; this was a chance to do that as well as see some other brands like Rolex and a brand Norqain, which I’ve never heard of. Many places hear, “I’m not buying today” and they quickly dismiss you and move on to the next client. Having never owned a Rolex either, Antonio and I spent quite some time discussing Tudor, Breitling, Tag, Oris, Longines the business model and market situations of Rolex and it was very interesting to hear from an AD’s perspective vs all the babble on Reddit or other blogs. Antonio even offered to show me a few of the display pieces they had. That was very appreciated and far above our expectations. In our immediate home area we’ve got a Timex and Citizen dealer and nothing more. We have to come to Denver or SLC to have an opportunity to see some higher horology. Now I’m not saying either of those brands aren’t any good, they make some really decent price point watches. I’m just working towards that “Grail” piece when I can grasp it, I will. Thanks again Antonio and I highly recommend Ben Bridge Jewelers at Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree Colorado. I figured I’d add a pic of one that would be a “Grail” piece, but as of this posting…..it’s still out of reach. Haha.

I got two pieces Rolex watches here. Eric is very professional and always strives to deliver the most wanted timepiece to passionate customers. I was on the waiting list for almost two years at the Ben Bridge store and even longer at many other Rolex retailer stores in CO. I often visit them and update my list, but Ben Bridge and Eric communicate with you to ensure they find your dream watch. I recommend this place to buy your next watch.

I’ve become a regular at the Ben Bridge at Park Meadows. When I started out “just looking” and dropping in once in a while, they always treated me like I was an honored guest. Now, several years later, they feel like friends. The sales associate Amber has taken fantastic care of me over the last two years, as has Ryan the watchSmith. I suppose I can offer no greater compliment than the fact that I trust them with anniversary gifts and my fathers 1957 watch.

Erik has been our jeweler for a handful of purchases, and even helping us in designing our own pieces. Each time we have worked with him, he’s been phenomenal. A wealth of knowledge, patient and professional. A gentleman and always keeping us in mind when we are looking for something specific.
