Worse ever. I ordered two cones, and when they gave them to me, they were melting down the side so I said I didn't want them. The gal rolled her eyes and went and got someone else. They made two more cones, and they were struggling with their machine, so their cones kept melting. They literally wiped the dripping ice cream off the side and gave it to me. Then my cone had two cones stuck together with paper in the middle. Terrible.

Everything was great tasting, great value, hot and fresh. Customer service was excellent.

Gone here twice in the past week or so and both times they have forgotten things I ordered. The first time I cut them some slack because it was around their closing time, I’m not the type of person to even leave a review just frustrating that I pay for food I’m not receiving I could totally understand if something isn’t available.

We went through drive thru and ordered a kids cheeseburger meal plain with pretzel bites no salt and a cod basket with cheese curds. The pretzel bites had salt on them and were burnt and they forgot the cheese sauce and my cod was burnt. When I took them back to show them, Jaden argued with me that the fish was not burnt and I told him I know what burnt fish looks like. I was told to pull around the corner and they brought it out to me. Jaden was extremely rude but the guy who originally took my order was very polite.

Since when did Culver's change to iceberg lettuce only in their Salads? Completely changed the taste of them. I ordered the chicken salad with cashews and it was terrible. Bring back the mixed greens!

This is my go-to for a quick lunch out. Food is consistently good. Service is good - might forget a small item like mayo every once and a while but pretty minor and they are always friendly if you treat them the same.

Friendly person at the register. Got our order exactly as ordered. The employees were all very courteous and the dining area was keep clean

Fries not fresh at 4:30 in the afternoon. Service was decent. Thought we were getting fresh food, since it took a while. Root beer was ok, but kinda bland.

I have always had a good experience here. One of the few fast food places that still offers good service. The food is consistently good, and the staff are always friendly.

Always a fam fave! Best fast food burgs in town. Out of all of the local burger places, our family prefers Culver's. Culver's has the best burgers in the area, and maybe the best fast food burgers anywhere. They are very tender and juicy thin little patties. They use real Wisconsin cheese which is awesome. You can order with American if you would like and they're American is also very good. They have crinkle cut french fries that are to die for and always fresh, the best honey mustard we've ever had, and they also have really good ranch. Kids love Culver's because of the chicken strips and the little cheeseburgers. The fresh Wisconsin cheese curds are also really good, we rarely go here without getting an order of them. The frozen custard is also delicious and they have different flavors on different days.

A bit more expensive than what we were expecting to feed a family of four at a burger joint, but I'd say we got what we paid for. Restaurant was clean and well-staffed for a Monday afternoon. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. For me, too many places skimp on burger toppings. This ain't that place! 🍔

I ordered fries, a large mashed potatoes and a large chili, that's what it even says on my receipt . I got fries, large mashed potatoes and a small mashed potatoes. You had plenty of help, they need remedial reading classes and definitely product identification classes!

We go to the Rockwall Texas Culvers because it is near our bank, so we get 2 errands done at the same time. I guess their best kept secret is their kids meal. For us older folks, it is just the right size burger ir double burger with cheese, fries, drink, and flavor of the day ice cream for one low price. With a take home coupon that if you collect 10 of them you get a free kids meal when you go back. Cannot beat free! The staff are all courteous and helpful and bring the food to your table. Or if drive through, they bring the food out to your car. Spacious, clean dining area. AND the owner-Becky- is SUPER NICE too.

The butter burger combo was delicious. The 2 piece fish meal had more food than you could eat. Fish was absolutely delicious 😋

The last 4 times I’ve gone through the drive through the order has been wrong and they are rude when I wait back in line to tell them. Slammed the window in my face the last time. Please get this under control. Foods is consistently good for Culver’s.

Well have to give one once in awhile . Giving five stars on thus review because they hit all the targets were hit. The targets are basically the same wether it's a first or second visit. This was my first visit to any Culvers anywhere but definitely won't be the last We dined in and were greeted by young adults that were professional and and courteous. We places our orders and within a few minutes trays were delivered. The food I ordered was piping hot always a plus with me. I ordered the butter burger with fries and a rootbeer the fries were were great because they were really hot . but the butter burger was the built up star of the night and it was fantastic. I definitely will go back . At the thought of a butter burger and fries my mouth starts watering.
