It's pretty run-down. The carpeting was dirty in the room and hallways. Pool is closed and empty. Exercise room closed (looks like a storage room). The bathroom was clean. Refrigerator and room surfaces were clean. Nice bedding & towels. Clerks and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.

Only thing this has going for it whatsoever is that it’s near anything, especially if you consider Chilis or Builders FirstSource a vacation destination. The pictures of the place from the owner are old and not even accurate to when they were taken probably. Breakfast was awful, rooms were terrible. One wash cloth in a two bed room? Didn’t matter I wasn’t showering in that gross af shower. EVERYTHING was stained somehow (we all know why but can’t say it outright). Didn’t sleep under the blankets because I was scared of what was in them. So furious I let a family member pick this place and for sure won’t let them pick again. 52 a night was their only criteria and this is the repercussions of something that dumb.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. The mattress were comfortable very nice sleep. Our room was clean on arrival. We were disappointed however with the misrepresentation of the hotel in the pictures and online. There was no pool to use. No fitness center. No hot in. No screen on windows. The breakfast was great.

Stayed in a smoking room because I had a dog, as someone who doesn't currently smoke, it was horrible. Such a strong smell. Like they haven't properly cleaned the room in a decade. The fridge was broken, and the lighting was horrible. There was also a plastic bag on the smoke detector...

We rented a room with 2 queens. Room was nice enough, but only one tall lamp in the room clear across the room. No lamps by the beds. We complained, and were told they would find us a lamp which they didn't. We bought a lamp at Walmart as well as a brighter bulb for the tall lamp which we had put between the beds. The shower was pretty good. No outside access from other doors unless propped open with a rock.

Conveniently locationed by the freeway which was nice. Apparently you have to request cleaning? That was new. We stayed there for 5 nights and we were never told to "request" cleaning. Breakfast was all right. They'd run out of milk before 8 so if you want one of the 2 cereals best be up early enough. Only one of the side doors worked to let you in the building so if your room isn't near that one door or the entrance and you're solo, park near them and get ready to walk the building. Might get lucky with a rock in the other doors that they post to NOT DO to prop the doors open so careful with that.

Definitely a hotel that could use some updating. The carpet in the room was stained. It may have been clean but it looked gross. The beds were comfortable and clean. Will definitely pay more attention to stars and reviews next time we pick a place to stay. The breakfast was ok. Waffle maker, toast, cereal, fresh apples and oranges, assorted sweets.

Please check reviews, I wish I did. Rooms were small with terrible lighting. Only 2 working doors leading to the outside. People were propping doors open with rocks and in 1 case a shoe. Bathroom was small, ceiling was stained. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is pitiful, we just ended up leaving and going to a restaurant. Pool area looked nasty, but it wasn't in season, so maybe I am not being fair. The only redeeming quality was the staff, who deserve so much better.

The hotel was very clean. The clerk was very nice. There was a problem with the television set. The previous occupants stole the cable box, so he put us in another room.

Checked in and went to our room. Carpet was disgusting... stained all over. Toilet seat wasn't attached and actual toilet wasn't attached to floor! Comforters on both beds had white marks all over. Absolutely gross. We didn't even keep our reservation. Checked out and found another hotel. There is a reason this place is so cheap!

This is by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Knowing we would be getting in late due to travel my family booked this hotel as it was close to the interstate and the price - boy do I regret that. While the two people working upfront were nice and accommodating the stay was overall a terrible experience. The room had bright red stains EVERYWHERE and we were assured it was a red unknown that had burst in the room at some point. The bathroom was missing toilet paper and the toilet paper holder, we were kept up most all night by someone literally trying to keep getting in our room (we were terrified to answer the door as there were many less than desirable people hanging around the hotel). Even when someone knew we were in the room they continued trying to get in. The early morning was met with someone sobbing in the hallway and extremely loudly. Beds were terribly hard and I regret not having just left. The view from the room (picture attached) alone was gross. Overall this was a terrible experience and I feel completely taken for what I paid ($126/night).

Do not go to this hotel!!! I am very disappointed with these people and the supervisor there! Do not EVER pay cash here. I paid cash for a room over 2 weeks ago and they held my credit card too. The next day the supervisor was at the front desk and I asked for my cash back. She stated the worker gave it back to me. I argued with her and told her they put it on my card and charged me and I wanted it credited back or cash back. I asked for a copy of my payment, disestablished she wrote on it and then scribbled what she wrote and then gave me a copy. They robbed me!!! They took my cash money and charged my credit card. I have been calling them since this happened and they say the supervisor is too busy to talk. Now I asked for her boss yesterday for a call back and she has not called me back either. These people robbed me!!! I am now pursuing this elsewhere. #DONOTGIVECASH

We booked 4 rooms when we showed up to the hotel. They told us that they only had two room available. The parking lot was only half full it that. When we ask for a refund on two room that we had already checked in on, they told us that they couldn't refund us till in the morning. Then, as we are waiting to figure out what we are going to do about the other two rooms we need. Another customer came back down and asked for a refund that they gave it to him. We then ask about his room and inform that the toilet is working in his room.

First room was so filthy and so run down that I was afraid to touch anything. Even the phone was covered in filthy grease. There were cigarette burns in the old stained black carpet. The second room was better except the bedspread had white stains on it. I threw that on the floor. The A/C did not work and the curtain was half hanging off. The old nasty dilapidated pool is out my window, that's gross! Outside doors propped open with rocks during the day and many motel room doors are not closed for some reason it's kinda weird like maybe staff using them? The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. The only two vending machines they have one is broke. There is no store in walking distance. Also I'm up at 2:00AM because the bed is so bad my body hurts and I cannot sleep. This is not a good place to stay!!!!!

So I'd never stay here again. The toilet was broken, I felt like our car was going to get broken into, they did not have our room ready by 3 even though they said they would. Also, the toilet in the front of the building smelled of vomit, the side entrances wouldn't let you tap in so you had to walk all the way around to the front, there was no usable pool as advertised, and the bed was definitely not queen sized. If you can afford it just stay at a nicer hotel. Only pro was that I was able to cancel the second night.

Sheets on bed had been used. No remote control. TV didn't work after getting remote. Second day we got our own clean sheets and made one of the beds. TV was now working. My roommate left our covered food at front desk while asking for directions & went back to get it & staff had eaten it. What an adventure

Our dissatisfaction started upon arrival when finding the pool empty. When entering the hotel from the rear I noticed the building and parking lot in disrepair as well as all the beat up air conditioners. On entering the room there was blood on the filthy carpet, and the light fixture above the sink is missing the cover. The coffee maker has no carafe or coffee. The furnishing over all are outdated and beat up. I guess this is what you get a block off I90 for $83.🤮

On check-out morning, key card no longer worked on door lock. Front desk had a note stating: "Stepped away for a few minutes, be right back." Waited for over 40 minutes, no employees were around to let us in our room to gather our belongings. Surprisingly, out of desperation, I jammed my keycard between the door and door jamb to push back the latch and the door swung open. I called the hotel for 3 days after that, and finally the manager answered. She didn't care about the problem I shared with her, and asked if I would like to come and work the desk. There were several people on the same morning looking to check out and get a receipt, and nobody was around. We've stayed her many times before and it used to be great. If they change managers, it would be fine. Please change managers!

Carpet on the room have 2 big stain I am talking about 35 inches and the other 20 inches. We stay 2 day and housekeeping never replace the tall in the bathroom. The breakfast juice machine was not working. The pool was close. I will not returning to this hotel anytime soon

Location is good, easy to get to off the highway. Staff are nice. Rooms are dated but beds are comfy. Fan in our bathroom didn't work, just made a horrible shrieking sound if we tried to turn it on. Carpet in the room was actually sticky, too the point we all wore shoes the whole time because it was gross to walk on.

I would not recommend staying here. No pool, no work out space. Hallways smell heavily of weed in the evening. None of the doors besides the main doors are unlocked or usable as entrances. Get stuck in the farthest room possible from the front door? Too bad you get to walk that entire path, because the other doors don't unlock with door card. Our room itself was reasonably clean, but you want to use the sink? Better be extra careful with turning it on otherwise you will get splashed because the sink shoots water out sideways. Room smelled strongly like someone recently smoked in it. Oh and there was a mushroom growing in the hallway so that was fun. Area feels sketchy as hell.

Staff was fine. Rooms were dirty. One room facet leaked. Another room was two doors away from the rented smoking rooms it smelt of smoke. This room also had a large stain on the carpet and stickers on the headboard. Still cup rings on the night stands from the previous renters. Best was comfortable. No iron. Very loud air conditioner. Couldn’t access room from back parking lot where you had to park trucks and trailers so that sucked to have to walk all around the building with belongings. Won’t walk around room in bare feet. Overall, not good.
