Excellent service from Thomas in guiding me through one of the most nerve racking experiences in my life! I was given a very professional and personable service at all times from selecting the band, sourcing the diamond and to seeing how popping the question went. Even facilitated me changing my mind about which diamond with no trouble whatsoever. Being able to choose your own diamond and having the ring built to order made the experience that little bit more special, and my partner appreciated that it was perfectly symmetrical and flawless. All in all, a perfect customer experience and one very happy fiancé.

Aimee has been very helpful with us choosing our wedding bands. She actually helped my fiance choose my engagement ring and we’re so happy with it that we came back to choose our wedding bands! Cannot thank Tom in the Liverpool branch enough. I needed my engagement ring resizing which was originally purchased through Austen & Blake. I was very nervous about getting the right size and changed my mind a few times after worrying the ring would be too tight. Tom was very understanding and kept me informed and at ease throughout the process, right up until I was reunited with my gorgeous ring. Amazing place! Great people! Couldn’t ask for better service. I went in not really knowing what I was looking for as I’ve never proposed before and I needed a lot of help, these staff members gave me that. We talked for as long as I needed and I always felt welcome to ask anything and to take as much time as I needed, all my enquiries got answered and while choosing the ring, they would even tell me what’s really needed and what isn’t, to save me money rather than trying to convince me to spend as much money as possible. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, especially Tom, friendly, fun and helpful in every way

We popped into the Liverpool store to see about an engagement ring. I had looked online and seen a few I liked. Not being a jewellery wearer, I had no idea where to start and was a little nervous. Gorgea welcomed us in and was brilliant at finding out what we were looking for, offering great advice. There was no rush at all. We ordered a ring to be delivered home. After a few weeks I contacted the company online and luckily spoke to Georgea again to ask if there was an update for the delivery as I had plans. She chased it up for me and although it wasn’t going to be delivered for the occasion (it wasn’t a big deal), she found out when it would be delivered and told me if there were any issues to contact her again. My ring arrived exactly when she said it would and is perfect! We will definitely be going back to see Georgea to get the wedding ring. Brilliant service.

We ordered a diamond solitaire necklace from Austen &Blake Liverpool for my wife's birthday. We were assisted by Georgea who made the order process very easy and customised it to our specifications. My partner and I chose here to pick a ring as we could make ot special to us. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for an engagement ring then I couldn't recommend Aimee highly enough. I am not a big jewellery wearer so my partner and I were always excited that when the time came, we would choose the ring together. As well as being incredibly professional, Aimee was lovely, attentive and so friendly and seemed to genuinely care about finding the ring that was perfect for us. We were shown so many different designs and I honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. My ring is beautiful and better than I ever could have imagined. The craftsmanship is excellent and the aftercare was also superb. I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

Where do we even begin? From start to finish, Rachael and the team have been absolutely phenomenal. When my husband-to-be came into the store (a little lost and with only a small idea of which ring he wanted) Rachael made the experience so enjoyable and no amendment was too little or no question too silly. Fast forward 6 months, we spent a short 20-minute appointment choosing our wedding rings, followed by a 40 minute chat all about all of the wedding plans!! The staff are so so friendly, so genuine and even remember the small details about you which you've spoken about previously. It really does make all the difference and has made us love every single trip into store. They also offered to polish up my engagement ring (free of charge!!!) just in time for our big day - it looks just as good as it did the day we got engaged. We cannot thank Rachael and the team enough.. the absolute BEST of the best!!!
