I was fortunate enough to come across this lovely shop in Warrington where my wife and I purchased a new wedding ring in mid December 2022. Lee, salesperson sized the ring for me to ensure a perfect fit and the price was really good, but the size required was not in stock. Lee advised that he will do his best to ensure that it arrives before Christmas. Whilst there, I noticed that Lee had a really nice watch on and he engaged in conversation with me regarding watches and watch collecting and he also advised me some online resources to learn more about watches which are really good. His knowledge is both excellent and very informative. The ring I arrived on 22/12/2022 and I attended to pick it up on 23/12/2022. As he was retrieving the ring for me I looked in the watch display cabinets and saw a Seiko Chronograph watch that really took my eye. Lee informed me of the technical details of the watch and he also showed me the latest Seiko model that had just arrived. However, although it is a great watch, I decided to buy the Seiko Chronograph. Lee sized it for me and whilst he went into the back of the store, his colleagues all engaged in conversation about watches with me. I must say, all of the team there are very polite and knowledgeable and I feel that the service at this shop is second to none. I definitely recommend this company to others and would like to say a big thank you to Lee and his colleagues for providing a great service.

Picked up my new ring yesterday. It is absolutely stunning and we are beyond thrilled with it . We went to the shop 6 weeks ago and picked the desired style. It got ordered to be uniquely hand-made. Excellent Jewelers! Had my wife's engagement ring fixed as a claw had broke and a diamond was lost. This was replaced and mended, replated and polished along with her wedding ring. Another major high street jewelers quoted us 12 weeks turn around. Excellent service from Case & Case and turned around within 2 weeks! Highly recommend. You can even have a nice drink when visiting the store 😊

Popped in the other day while passing through Wigan and spoke to Lee about the Seiko Save the Ocean series I’ve been keen on buying for a while. His knowledge of and passion for the brand impressed me and his professionalism gave me the confidence to make the purchase I’d been dithering over for ages. Great experience and really great store to have locally. Will visit again.

Recently stopped into Case & Case to view some of their watches. The team really put me at ease offering me a drink and talked through my options. I spent plenty of hands on time with the watches and didn’t feel rushed and managed to buy a stunning Raymond Weil wristwatch. The range and quality of stock is bettered only by the attention to detail and standard of service. 100% would recommend & I will certainly be back! Thanks guys!

Brilliant jewellers, very friendly staff. Had both my engagement ring and wedding rings (which are yellow gold) coated in white gold as my jewellery is all silver now . They have done an amazing job and my rings look like new again. Would highly recommend. They have some very lovely modern unique jewellry as well.

Ordered my engagement ring with Carly at the beginning of September, was told it could be up to 8 weeks and arrived in just after 6. Carly was really helpful, kept me up to date throughout and chased the ring so that it came earlier for me. Absolutely love it thank you 😍

Visited the store to look at the Seiko stock, great selection!! Spoke to a very helpful man called Tom who gave me a detailed description on some of the newer models. I am very impressed with the customer service. I did not purchase anything today but I will definitely make sure to return and speak with Tom again when I am purchasing my new watch!

I visited the store on Christmas Eve whilst visiting my family in the UK from Australia. We were treated with exceptional service where staff took time to find out what I was looking for. I opted for a pair of stunning gold drop earrings, top quality and a great price. We were also able to check out the ring design custom technologies offered to customers and as my hubby is looking for a replacement wedding band, we’ll definitely be using this online service, with the hope of collecting Luke’s new wedding band when we travel home again in December this year. Thank you for a wonderful in store experience, it was festive with professional and experienced staff.

Case & Case have a great selection of jewellery and watches. the sales team are friendly and knowledgeable. you always feel welcome and like part of the family. if I need to buy any jewellery or watches this is the shop for me. I can't recommend them enough.
