Such a great experience today at Astrid & Miyu Shoreditch!! I booked in last minute after struggling to find anywhere with good reviews for piercing on my side of London, and these reviews were so great I took a punt - so thrilled I did! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Charlotte, who does the piercing, was incredible - so so patient, understanding and lovely, she talked me through absolutely everything, took the time to get the placement absolutely right, made me feel completely at ease, explained the aftercare - I couldn't have asked for more. Also Charlotte uses a needle instead of a gun which I was so pleased about. The store seems very clean and bright, and is full of absolutely gorgeous jewellery. After being hesitant for quite a while, I am so glad I stumbled upon this little gem of a store and would highly, highly recommend. Thank you!!

Went to get my helix done. I checked the review before I went and I am so pleased I chose Astrid & Miyu for my helix. I was greeted in with a warm welcome and got help to choose a beautiful solid gold stud for my helix. There are a range of earrings to choose from which was great! Charlotte kept me calm and talked me through the piecing and after care process. I was nervous but the piercing was done quick with the help of breathing techniques instructed by Charlotte and I was absolutely pleased with the result. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant experience for ear piercing. Thank you to Charlotte Mania and Licida.

Went here with a friend to get piercings. The woman who served us and checked us in for our appointment was beyond rude. She didn’t talk us through any of the options, piercing placements etc (as per the description of the piercing service on the website). She got annoyed with me and huffed because I didn’t fill out a particular section of the form (even though she didn’t tell me I needed to). She was so disinterested. Charlotte, our piercer was great. Very friendly. The other woman then went to take payment and actually stopped what she was doing to chat to a colleague about some personal matter. I actually just stood there whilst she turned and chatted, mid serving me!! Will not be using this store again purely because of how rude she was. My mate had an almost identical experience with her.

Getting my ears pierced at Astrid & Miyu was such a nice & relaxing experience. Charlotte pierced my ears and what a lovely person she is! She talked through everything she was doing and took her time making sure I was happy with the placement before she pierced me. The girls at the counter, Giorgia, Mania and Megan, helped me with choosing jewellery to get pierced with & purchasing more that I could change into when my ears have healed. They went through the aftercare instructions with me and answered all the questions I had. 😊 I would definitely visit Astrid & Miyu again for more piercings.

Treated myself to a 2nd lobe piercing at the store in Leeds today. Vivienne was great and took her time to make sure I was happy with the location for my 2nd lobe piercings before proceeding. Very friendly and really happy with my new piercings.

I got my lobes pierced today in the Shoreditch branch. What a fabulous bunch of humans. The person that signed me in was so sweet and explained everything in great detail and Char who pierced me was so calming and knowledge. I will absolutely be heading back here for my next piercing.

I always have such a good experience at Astrid & Miyu! The team are super friendly & professional, and the jewellery is beautiful. The shop is small (just a little store in Boxpark) & it can work out quite expensive as you pay a £20ish piercing fee on top of the jewellery which is £30 min. However, I do think it’s worth it for the quality of the jewellery & professionalism of the piercer! Also worth noting you nearly always have to book in advance & can’t just walk in. I’ll definitely be back!

It’d been over 10+ years since I’d last had any piercings so was naturally rather nervous. Bell at Astrid & Miyu Boxpark was so lovely and made the whole experience really relaxed taking things at my pace! I’ll definitely come back to Astrid & Miyu for Bell to do my next piercing.

Charlotte has now done 2 of my piercings and im not gonna get piercied by anyone else! She's lovely and professional, I felt at ease and everything was clearly explained to me. I love the experience in this branch every time and I absolutely recommend that you go and see them to get your piercings done

My friends and I booked the welded bracelet experience as a way of celebrating our 25th birthdays and 20 years of friendship!! The experience was even better than we had imagined and had seen on TikTok, we even created our own tiktok to remember the occasion in hopefully another 20 years. We were allowed to take our time in choosing the bracelet and charm we wanted without feeling pressured. We were asked multiple times how it felt and were allowed to make all the adjustments we wanted. I couldn’t recommend the experience more but even more so in the Spitalfields studio. The team were lovely, the setting was beautiful and we were able to enjoy a delicious brunch in the conveniently located market just afterwards. This was by far my favourite day with my friends for a long time and one that I will remember!

Always love going to A&M. Their jewellery is so pretty and a great range and also reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly as always and I had a jewellery change done today and the piercer looking after me was lovely and made process super easy and relaxed.

My best friend and I came in for the welded bracelets. Staff was so friendly and our welder Enrica was so kind and informative about our options. If we have time before we leave back home we will be coming back in just for Enrica to get a second one.

I felt welcome by Georgia which allowed me to go to her when I needed help. This is my favourite shop already so I was just browsing and with Georgia help I was able to get a large size for a ring I have a had my eye on.

A lovely store with extremely warm and welcoming staff who are committed to providing excellent service. I would like to commend Ella’s assistance at the Spitalfields store in particular who spent a lot of time with my sister and I to help us select and weld our chosen gold bracelet and ring. She was so kind, patient and polite throughout the entire process which made our experience in the Spitalfields store thoroughly enjoyable - thank you for your support and service Ella!

When trying to pay for an item just now displayed clearly on the shop floor, the item was rung up on the till as more expensive than displayed. When I pointed this out to the shop assistant she went to get the manager (back of store when there were at least 6 customers visiting at the time) the manager refused to even hear me out or cooperate with the basic law I was pointing out to her. She claimed “they have since changed the law and no longer need to charge as displayed”. She said at Astrid and Miyu prices can change from head office and they (in store) need to charge these as per the till. I am no lawyer but from a quick google, I find no such law change online, so the manager of your store lied and clearly has no understanding of consumer rights or your policies which should be law obiding. When I politely explained she needed to change the price of the display as this is misleading to customers she said “well yes I’m about to” with a really rude attitude. You cannot speak to customers like this. Customers come into your premises and expect a level of basic manners and common courtesy- not to be lied to on being misled by your displays-  no apology or understanding to see our point of view. I suggest you speak with your staff for proper training on law, your own policies, accurate displays and pricing and basic customer service. The whole experience has left an unsavoury taste with me.

I have been coming to different branches of Astrid & Miyu for years. Every single staff member is so lovely and welcoming and I always feel comfortable getting any advice on jewellery or new piercings. Yesterday I had been seen by a lovely staff member (I’m sorry I never got your name) who was extremely sweet and helpful and managed to bring my appointment forward as I was quite early. The piercer was also amazing and patient with me as I got jewellery removed. Will always go back!

Today I had 3 lobe piercings done and the service was absolutely stellar from start to finish! Everyone in the store is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and the piercer (I believe her name was Joanne) was wonderful. Highly recommend visiting for piercings! I was also incredibly happy that all the pricing was vert transparent and they had a great selection for different price points. I love my new piercings and can't wait to visit for more 😊

I had my first ever piercing done here last week & it was such an enjoyable, easy experience. Firstly there's a good selection of jewellery to chose from which was my whole reason for booking my piercing there as I wanted to have something I loved throughout the healing process. Charlotte the piercer was so lovely & spent a lot of time talking me through everything to make sure I was comfortable. The piercing itself was fairly painless & over quickly. Maria & Enrica were also super lovely & helpful. All the staff members are very knowledgeable on aftercare & answered all of my questions even when I popped back in a few days after. Highly recommend!

The ladies at Boxpark were a total pleasure and super lovely. I booked to pierce my second lobes and tragus.I was a little bit nervous but my piercer, Charlotte was very calming and very experienced . She let me know each time what she would be doing and helping me breathe through the tiny bit of pain. She was also asking me questions that were relevant to the look and placement of my piercings. She went through all the helpful things to do with my aftercare, which was helpful. My stylists were Mania & Chloe, they showed me the pieces available and what would look best and super friendly, which felt like being in a safe pair of hands. Thank you ladies and I will definitely return for a in person experience when I want more jewellery, as it’s reminded me how good of store experience can be outside of online!

I called about a walk-in, and my friend and I were seen no problem. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was a clean and comfortable space, both in the piercing and in the waiting area. The piercing itself was quick, and I was walked through some breathing exercises to help stay calm. I was walked through the whole process very clearly, and felt very calm and comfortable. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry, it was hard to choose. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Great experience getting conch and helix on the same ear. Staff were friendly and piercer explained everything and made me feel really calm and comfortable. Would definitely return for more piercings here. The selection of solid gold jewellery is really nice for piercings too - will be happy to keep them in for 1 year +

Yesterday, during a weekend trip down to London, we stopped at A&M Box Park. I can honestly say we had THE BEST experience imaginable. We had booked in for piercings before arrival and were welcomed by Lauren who talked us through the process and ensured we were happy with what piercings we were going to have and what was going to happen. She was wonderful. Then it was piercing time. Both of us had previously had a number of piercings, but never before at A&M. Let me tell you, this wasn’t just getting a piercing, this was a beautiful EXPERIENCE!! Charlotte was our piercer, she was beyond incredible. So professional, so kind and so caring. She made us both feel comfortable, calm and safe. A true 10/10 experience. Finally we had the wonderful Mania serve us at the till. Personally I am VERY indecisive. I was struggling to decide which earring I wanted (because I wanted them all), Mania was patience and super helpful and ensure we finished off our A&M experience in the best way possible. We walked out with the biggest smiles on our face and a need to come back again ASAP! Thank you team for the best afternoon 💜

Absolutely AMAZING experience at A&M Shoreditch! I went in after my dog decided he is going in for some cuddles! :) And after a fun chat with Maria and Jess I've decided to get a piercing! (not big fan of needles) I went for a little sparkling heart and since last Thursday it's almost healed. Totally unexpected and couldn't be happier with the result! Honestly, the best service and super friendly vibes! Thanks again ladies! We'll be back xx
