The lady there was very rude. I went to collect some medicine for my partner and was having difficulty finding it in elsewhere. After calling different pharmacies, I finally found this one to have that medicine. Throughout the conversation, the lady at the desk was rude and she literally said " you can go and stop bothering us". She seems to have been angry at something for some reason, but that doesn't give her the right to vent it on customers. Never ever going there again.

Have been using this pharmacy/chemist for decades. They have always been polite, caring, understanding and reassuring. Always available to help and have a chat. Very surprised with the 1 star comment I saw, never had this experience with them in my life, and 3 generations of my family have used this pharmacy.

Always helpful and professional, never a problem and always reliable. I’ve never been so praiseworthy of a chemists but these guys deserve it, and all the locals say so.

Terrible service. They do not listen and are very rude on multiple occasions. Changing pharmacies immediately. As a young woman I do not expect to be belittled.
