My favourite place in Staines. Staff are friendly. Cafe is always clean and very welcoming. At times I go on my own and they offer me table away from crowed.

Perfect place for a cheat day to be in. They make delicious crepes. My favourites are red valvet burrito and crepe royale. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their sundaes collection is great but its too big and sweet so not good if you are deit conscious. I would like to have a smaller less sweet sundae as an option.

Stayed in Staines to visit Thorpe park and discovered this nice place. I would describe it in simple terms as an Ice Cream Parlour, but it does offer a wide range of very nice ice cream based desserts such a waffles, crepes, freak shakes as well as sundaes with a wide choice of flavours. I would say the prices are moderate. We ate here twice, the first time having a "super freak shake" which was "ok" but wasn't quite what I would have expected having experienced Orlando Florida freak shakes, it was essentially a very large Sundae. Second visit had the crepes which I enjoyed and a normal milkshake which I enjoyed more than the previous freak shake. It's a spacious place with plenty of seating and friendly staff. Would recommend this place

Very nice restaurant for ice creams and more. Air conditioning works very well. Six people behind the bar giving a very good service to customers. They ask if you have any allergies and explained what the ice creams are contained. Clean tables and toilets. Near the high street and the river Thames. Very recommended.

Delicious milkshakes, The Bueno one is amazing!! We had the Chocoaholic crepe and it was dilicious. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because one of the people I was with had a very salty crepe? (And it was the same toppings as the rest of us) Not sure if the wrong ingredient was put in. Other than that food and milkshakes were delicious.

Staff were very friendly and service was very quick. Quite expensive for ice cream and milkshake, £13 but portion size was good.

Nice place, good and friendly customer service. My opinion prices are a bit to much my crepe with banana toffee ice-cream round £6.50 A family of 4 would pay round £35 to £40 I think that's a bit to much.

Highly highly recommended. Great taste. Great ambience. Great staff. Superb service every time even when they are busy - they do their best every time. They take care of allergies and dietary restrictions if any every time. Very helpful members. Keep doing the great work! Some pics attached.

I had lovely bueno waffle and milk shake. However the milkshake was a let down ( it only tasted of 1 type of gelato and they forgotten to add the other 2 different flavours) Price point is ok for this area. The gelato scoop were lovely.

DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO ALONE. My son went there at the weekend with his pocket money and ordered his Icecream and paid then told to take a seat. After waiting for some time he went and spoke to the man behind the counter for his ice cream and was refused and said he didn’t pay for it. He then called me on the phone to tell me and I asked him to put the man on the phone and the staff member said to my son ( why do I want to speak to your dad. No go away ). Which I heard over the phone. I have tried 5 times calling but no answer. So next time I’m in Staines I will be paying a visit.

I’m not usually one to complain however I couldn’t believe what happened today . I turned up today for a friends birthday and went to the lady who seemed to be the manager asking what dairy-free ice cream they had. She said the chocolate whilst vegan can be contaminated from the mixing of scoops. I said this was fine as a little bit can’t hurt me. I then went up to the till (was not asked if I had an allergy) then asked for the VEGAN milkshake. The manager lady then came up to me and shouted at me for not saying I had an allergy however I had stated I wanted the milkshake vegan and I was not asked. The lady at the till then proceeded to lie and say that she did ask if I had an allergy but my two friends with me also said she did not ask if i had an allergy. She then gaslighted me into thinking she had actually asked when she defo didn’t. Later, my milkshake arrived however I’m not overreacting when I say it tasted like nesquick powder in water. And to add to that, later my friend ordered a chocolate milk however they neglected to say until after she paid and had sat down that they don’t stock it anymore. The lack of communication and insistence that I was wrong ruined my experience and I can safely say I would not return. My friends waffles and crepes looked good tho on the upside?

Went in with my wife, was immediately ‘greeted’ by a security guard and a list of questions…no ‘hello’ or ‘welcome’…just “eating in or takeaway?…what are your allergies?…” we hadn’t even got more than 5 feet into the building, I answered that we’ll have a look at the menu and then decide. So then we look at the ice cream counter…and while I’m talking to my wife, we get interrupted by a guy behind the counter with the same questions, and again, no ‘hello’ or ‘welcome’. I felt pushed around and like they didn’t want us in the place. Terrible customer service. The first point in making a sale is to help you customers feel welcome and relaxed and help them gain trust in you and your business. A security guard and 20 questions on a Sunday afternoon isn’t the best way to do this. We left straight away because we wanted a relaxed experience, not one that felt like we were being hounded by debt collectors or something. I’m giving 2 stars though as we went years ago and it was far more welcoming and relaxed. But these new staff need better training. (Speaking from 25 years experience in the hospitality industry).

The restaurant is very nicely designed with American diner booths dotted around. Great place for a date or a group of friends. Just be weary that people bring there kids in and all that sugar really makes them wild. So noise is defiantly a factor. The food intiself fantastic. Its not to hard to make good food when it's deserts but the pancakes pained with a rolo milkshake incredible. I had to take an actual pause after my first sip of the shake. Just be warned it is on thr expensive side of things. Be prepared to pay the £6 somthing for a milkshake. But defiantly worth it if only once. The only let down was the staff. Very competent and service was fast. But as soon as we came in you got the defiantly feeling that we were not welcome and we may be challenged to a knife fight. Perhaps we had just disturbed a particular quite period for them as it was empty when we got in. Defiantly visit creames if your in the area. Perhaps staff this time were just having an off day.

I went to Creams with my family yesterday. I absolutely loved the hospitality and the service they gave us. Special thanks to Adina for treating us so well. I had their Banana and strawberry waffle, the portion size was generous, presentation was spot on and service was outstanding. Absolutely loved it ♥️♥️ Will defiantly be going again ♥️♥️

Treat for my granddaughter before she starts senior school on Friday. Delicious, big, very sweet, enjoyed, good thing is they box what you can't eat to take home.

The quality of the icecream was stale and I contacted Cream Staines and the guy that picked up the phone was rude and not ready to give his name when I asked for the manager he tried to change his voice and ttalk to me .. I said “excuse me “ are u trying to bluff me and said to go to U er eats and ask for refund and hung up on me . Pathetic customer service

I visited Creams with my dear pregnant wife, when asked about the allergy requirements and which deserts consists of nuts the manager with glasses named: Adina started to laugh and questioned who I was. I was quite shocked and explained my frustration and concerns about our special requirements. Adina then mentioned to further wait on the side until she is finished scooping the ice cream on the desert in a very loud and rude manner. My experience today at creams has been devastating, I urge Creams to re-consider her management position as she is highly unprofessional and lacks customer service especially when communicating with customers. She is loud, rude and lacks customer service skills. My questions were still not answered and myself, along with my dear wife had to investigate the allergy requirements ourselves. Upon leaving she shouted do come again and again had an unprofessional sarcastic laugh then started to whisper to another female staff, whilst giving an evil look. I would never come back here again, after this awful experience. I would urge Creams Staines to investigate the behavior of the manager Adina on with the customers and others as it is poorly devastating. Kind Regards, Zack Maynard

Delicious food. Me and my friends had gone there to hangout. Staff was very friendly. Although I think it's understaffed. There were only two members of staff doing all the work. And I'm a little unhappy about not getting the bubble waffle. But I would recommend people to go and try this place out. 👍

Not as tatty looking as most of them, although the menus had that usual Creams found down the back of the sofa vibe. Bit odd having a registered doorman, how dangerous is Staines at 1.30pm on a Saturday? Food and service was as ok as usual.
