Had to put one star to review but would have preferred zero stars. Disgusting communal toilets with pools of heavens knows what liquid on floors and toilet seats up with stained bowl. Obviously visited by a ‘gent’ before me. what makes m and s think this is acceptable to females.

Good food cafe is open great after shoppin ..... however being pushed threw paying the the cashier not the cafe and they look at you as if BYE IM PARTIALLY SIGHTED so I need to go slow so I don't loose anything but with a white cane, youd think, give him the time. NOT A CHANCE.pay and go every week the same. don't like the shop as much now ! Wonder why. Marks talk to your cashiers tell them to slow for elderly and disabled please.

Just to let you know that your worker in Marks and Spencer,mthe lady is called Caroline and she was so helpfull couldnt do enough. We went for a small lunch.We are new here and had fantastic service from this lady that srved us in the cafeteria 15-8-21 13.45 hours

Nothing special the last of the sales items some new season pieces and the food hall. That's always a good place to go to, all the lovely cakes and breads. Not to mention the cold meats and some very nice fruits in a bag. Mark's and Spencer will always be a shop you can never pass.

Range in store isn't great and usually a little bit of a wait to get served. Also, returns can only be done through the app on your phone when instore now, and as their app had crashed, I had to trawl through old emails until I found the original order number.

Outstanding customer service, everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and delicious at reasonable prices. Some beautiful, stylish clothing and footwear as well as some lovely pieces of costume jewellery. An inviting coffee shop is Also in store with a good variety to choose from. Highly recommend a visit here.

Lovely shop well set out, just had an issue at Christmas with access due to all the sale clothing. Cafe is fantastic and the food and drink court has got an excellent variety. Clean and tidy.

The men's section is very small but what's there is fine. I would give 3 stars but the staff seem friendly and helpful, and the occasional clearance yields some great bargains, so a bonus star for that.

Lovely shop, most of the staff are friendly and pleasant, and a few fall short, but i suppose you get that everywhere. A few regular folk go in maybe an hour before closing to get some bargains, but a few of the staff are so so snooty it's as if they don't want to have anything. It's does'nt bother me, but can be intimidating to shoppers. In fact about a fortnight ago at 17.15pm a tall man ( staff ) with a beard, was moving tins of shortbread from a stand onto a trolley then moved 2 aisle's down to set up same display! I asked him if he was reducing the items? My god the way he looked at me it was as if i had horns and if how dare i ask such a question!!! No says he with a sneer not reducing.... i thanked him. But the best bit is, a few moments later, i could not help but laugh i spots my hubby asking him the same thing as me..... well his face was in such a grimace as if how dare you..... I says to hubby i have asked him the same thing, and he was horrified. What a laugh we had at his facial expressions, basil fawlty was never in it. 😁

Collected Christmas food to order. Blisteringly fast service, I have never had such a painless experience.

Perfect turkey. First time we have ordered through m and s for food and perfect experience. Fast collection and taste was immense,. Will order most of our food here next year,.yes slightly more expensive but after ending up with a mouldy turkey from asda last year, we wont chance it. M and S all the way now.

Depressing. Don’t go. Hold out for Glasgow.
