I worked here a few years ago and felt like staff wasn't supported properly by management, staffs views were never heard and the photos look alot better than what it actually is, chairs always stunk of urine and residents care wasn't the best. Residents always looked untidy and it was a shame so i needed to leave and find somewhere that I know residents care needs and care quality came first. I would never of put a family member here. Management are to blame and carers only can do there best and what there told. This was my experience.

I have worked at the beeches care home since 2013 I’ve been apart of the beeches team for a few years then decided to travel when I came back home all I wanted to do is be apart of the beeches team again and I can honestly say it has been amazing being apart of such an Exceptional team where all staff members go above and beyond for the residents making sure each individual live their best life as for the management team they have been amazing especially through the pandemic with the support that have been given and still continue to give. The beeches care home is full of love, care, support and opportunity to grow.

I have been a visitor at The Beeches home for the last few months and both the residents and staff are so lovely and welcoming. The site is clean and the activities and services that are available for residents is fantastic - I cannot recommend it enough.

My mother was a resident for over 2 years and the quality of care she received was second to none. Staff are caring, compassionate and always cheerful which gives the home a lovely atmosphere. Food is homecooked and of a very high quality. My mother also had end of life care there which was so much better than a hospital and we saw first hand the dedication of the whole team not only to mom but also us her family. They made a very difficult time more bearable. If you are looking for care facilities for a loved one look no further you wont find better.

I have worked at the beeches for 8 and a half years now, and I still enjoy it, residents are always well looked after. The team support each other, and support is always available from management. I do travel quite a distance and I really enjoy working at the beeches and I can't see myself working anywhere else.

I've been working at the beeches for over a year and half now, its such a friendly place to work. the residents are well looked after and they are happy even through the pandemic, when they couldn't see family. staff encouraged the residents to speak to family via Skype.

Clean and nicely laid out . Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I never thought my Father would settle into a care home, but he's done just that. I visit him twice a week, he always thanks me for ensuring that his medical needs and safety are met,, and I cannot thank the staff enough. He is extremely happy and content. He will be 100 years old next week and will celebrate in style

Visited my husbands cousin the home is well furbished, pleasant staff who make you welcome, residents have own rooms with en suite and TV

My mom has been there for now three months the staff are so friendly and helpful
