Lovely clean room, excellent value for money. Andy gave us the option to come down for breakfast at a time convenient to us. The breakfast was top notch, freshly cooked with all the ingredients you want on a full English, even catering for my vegan partner. Would definitely stay here if we visit Blackpool again.

Nice hotel, Blackpool kitschy outside, little bit rundown inside but clean and tidy. Manager Andy couldn't have been more charming or helpful. Good breakfast

Stayed once with a film crew...we could not fault it. Craig and David were fantastic..the breakfast was to die for. Went again two years later with friends as we were going to watch Joe Bonamassa. ..again they treated us like royalty....hope David and Craig are still there as going to Blackpool soon..and there is only one hotel I am going to book..just Brilliant! !!

Lovely b n b. Very clean. Love the decor, even though it's hard to determine if it's art deco, 70s or nowadays. Love the fake tapestry behind the headboard. Love the chandeliers in the dining room. Breakfast was very good, cereals and cooked breakfast. Sue the waitress was very friendly polite and couldn't do enough for everyone. A definite asset. Andy the manager was also very helpful, friendly and a lovely cook. Overall well worth the stay. The only downside was for my mum in her 70's the walk to the b n b was a bit far. But it's in a nice quiet part of Blackpool.
