basic room, breakfast included is a continental breakfast, had to pay £3 pound extra for a full English, which was NOT worth it as it was 1 sausage 1 egg 1 hashbrown 1 bacon few beans. won't order full English there again. cups in room was mucky! and stairs to go to room wasn't good 3rd floor up with no lift! mattress you could feel springs! need new one's. 1 thing I didn't agree was a member of staff pulling another member of staff down in front of guest's as it was only her 1st day! but apart fro. that staff was fantastic. check out was 11am but our train wasn't till 2.30pm and the staff let us keep our luggage at hotel till we was ready to go to train station :)

The hotel was was very dirty and grubby. The staff were very unwelcoming and arrogant. The breakfast area was stinking and only had between 8.30-9.30 to eat and all the tables were taken up so many people were not able to eat. The beakfast was only toast , cheese or cereals. The bathroom is again very unclean the curtains and nets are dirty. We were going to change hotels but would loose out on the money we’ve paid. I will never come here again. This is shocking, they shouldn’t be open !!!

Simply dreadful. The place is absolutely bogging and theres more damp inside than there is outside when it raining! Out shower drained directly onto the bathroom floor (really). The deposit they took from us could have paid for one floor of the hotel as there is nothing if any value in the rooms. Staff were rude and tried to con us out of our deposit saying we all had to check out at the same time to get it back (even though we all checked in separately). Seriously, save your money and give yourself a bit of comfort and sleep in your car (or an alley somewhere). If there was an option for minus stars it wouldn't go low enough! 🤮

This hotel is in major need of refurbishment. It was blowing a gale last night and the room we were in had no handle on the bedroom window to allow us to close it properly. Also the bathroom window had been boarded up with plywood. Both windows rattled all night. The only positive note was that the bedding and towels were clean and the water in the shower was hot. I would not recommend staying here even though it was cheap.

The rooms and hotel where unclean and very dirty and the decor was also poor in standards. Room service came at 6.oclock at night what a joke wasnt worth £130÷ for two nights. We had to boil the kettle at the bottom of the bed due to no plug sockets .The bed was all torn and the base was sticking out . The room was unsuitable for children of young age. No shower curtain so water went all over the floor. I wouldnt recommend this place at all for children no highchairs or other facilities. I have place photos of how we boiled the kettle and off the torn bed .

The rooms are small and scruffy. The beds are squeaky and lumpy. The heating in our room didn’t work and our view from the top floor was showing a backyard with pipes and roof top. The toilet is noisy too. The corridor smells of smoke and damp and the breakfast is horrible. The price of the breakfast was included in the hotel stay such as toast and a brew , but you had to pay extra for a full English breakfast When we ask to move room, because we were unhappy the foreign ladies at the reception said no

Avoid!!!!! There is NOTHING good about this hotel! It's a horrible hell hole! I believe it should be updated or closed down. I didn't dare shower there as the shower was rotten! Wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. I had a family room and it wasn't a family room at all, we had one double bed and a single bed for two adults and two kids.....shocking!!! It looks nothing like the pictures I saw at all! I wish I could add the real pictures on here as I would. The bed sheets were clean but smelt so bad! As soon as we woke up (after not much sleep) we got out of there as quick as we could. If I had the money I would have found another hotel. I even heard a few other guests say they would never stay there again. AVOID AT ALL TIMES!!!!! Worst hotel I've ever stayed it and will never return!!

Stayed here last year just for a night as we had a last minute plan of going on a night out. Googled hotels and this one came up, for £37.50 so phoned them and was a bit of a language barrier but managed to book. Upon arrival we where greeted and checked on easily. We was told direction to our room and then left too it. Room was clean, fresh bedding and towels. Was a bit scruffy looking but the room was clean. Tv didn't work but we hadn't stayed away from home just to watch telly. Lock seemed a bit dodgey on the door but it locked. Came back about 5 in the morning, went straight up to bed and was freezing, Windows where shut and locked but was bad weather so just freezing. Looked at staying again as it was so cheap and we was only there to sleep before we drove back home but was booked up for the amount of people going with.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would... The rooms smelt...the building needs to be refurbished. Cleanliness was a big problem. There was fuzzy mold in the ceiling, the shower has not been cleaned and evidence of the last occupier in there. Same with the sink and toilet. The breckfast was ridiculous there were to many people so no room to sit & eat. The beds had clean bedding but under covers was not nice..Would recommend no-one stays here.
