Spent several nights in a row at the Avenue and it was a wonderful time. The hosts were friendly, chatty and welcoming. The rooms were immaculately clean, absolutely no qualms with the size and the amenities were ideal, especially the large standing fan to help keep us cool! Had a couple of issues with water pressure in the shower on one day, but being on the third floor and showering during a "peak time", it's probably to be expected - shower was fine the other 90% of the time! The breakfasts were delicious - I can particularly recommend the Scotch Pancakes with Maple Syrup - with plenty of complimentary additions to your selected meal available. Access to the premises was seamless and secure, with parking right on the doorstep. Not that you'll need to drive, as many of Blackpool's big attractions are within walking distance! Thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Avenue, and highly recommend you book your stay here if you plan on visiting Blackpool!

Had a fantastic stay at The Avenue this past weekend. Friendly and easy to contact before we even arrived and so welcoming when we did! The room was clean and comfortable with chic decor. The breakfast was delicious and we had plenty of choice. The location is perfect for s stroll down to the sea front. The whole stay was faultless and we will definitely be staying again!

Tracy and Ian were the best hosts you could wish for . My colleague and I stayed at this immaculate bed and breakfast for 3 nights at the end of March 2022 as we were working at the Winter Gardens. Nothing was too much trouble although we did check in very late as we were working . The room was immaculate and we were made a packed breakfast each morning as we had to leave very early . Am amazing place to stay very clean and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Will definitely be going back Tracy and Ian were very welcoming it's the best guest house I have ever stayed in.

Me and my partner stayed at the Avenue B & B and Ian and Tracy are very welcoming host very helpful, breakfast was very nice, deffo will stay at this B & B again room was lovely and clean. We didn’t stay but they were great! We made our booking for 2023, not 2022. Whoops! We arrived and unsurprisingly we were not in their system. The mistake was fully ours but the owners helped us find somewhere nearby so that we had a roof over our heads for the next two nights. Thank you so much !!!

Just back from a lovely stay at the avenue. Absolutely amazing little hotel. By far the cleanest we've ever stopped in. Lovely modern decor, well finished. Facilities in the room were great, tea/coffee, hair drier, TV, safe and even a fan. En suite with shower, again very modern and plenty of hot water. The hosts, Ian and Tracy are fantastic. Very welcoming and happy to help, even recommended places to eat nearby. The breakfast is superb, lots of choice. Would highly recommend the cooked breakfast, the best sausages I've ever had in a B&B. There was also a booster seat available for our 2 year old son to use at the breakfast table and he certainly enjoyed his breakfast each day. 10/10 we will definitely be staying here next time we're in Blackpool. We had a very warm welcome,a beautiful presented room,and a lovly breakfast,great stay.

Genuinely couldn't have been better. Looked after throughout, lovely room, nicely decorated, very quiet, food was great, lots of personal touches and very fairly priced. Will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The owners Tracy and Ian are extremely helpful, the guest house itself is immaculately clean, bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped with a great en suite. Breakfast was just awesome. Very highly recommend this Guest house

Our short stay was perfect, we could not find anything to complain about. The hotel was exactly as promised, 10 minutes walk from the Winter Gardens. with parking. As we were only staying for one night we booked a small double room which was compact and had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean with a great plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee. The bed was very comfortable. . We pre ordered breakfast and it was cooked to perfection, with lovely coffees too. Tracy and Ian clearly work very hard to maintain their very high standards and this hotel will be our first choice in future.
