Sounded great when I booked it paid 3k I walked out following day and was promised 9 days credit email to prove it various calls told blatant lies also price changed on various occasions When I decided to go in to do my 9 days three the covid card and dismissed the 9 day credit and asked for full payment absolute dishonest in conversations denying discussions I have had total rip off taking advantage of vunrable who are actually paying for a stay surely they are not able to do that through funded stays. Really angry about them and totally put off my freind who instead paid elsewhere for a 6 month stay 15 k. I’m telling the truth and been honest about this review and feel I should make the effort to write this honest review. Good luck to anyone reading this snd hope you find the right place and wishing u every success on yiur journey.

How much of a cost can you put on your recovery. I attended everything I possibly could because I wanted to get better. staff were amazing and nothing was too much. my Peers were so supportive too. I loved the food especially Tracy's Saturday brunch. complete stars. couldn't recommend the place enough if you want to get well again then take that 1st step.

I went to Oasis last August and yes in the middle of covid, I was stuck in my room for a week, but staff were very nice. After a week I went to Runcorn and loved meeting the people there. I wrote my life story at Bradford but, I attended all groups but personally got no intervention. Β£5000 would have been better spent in a beautiful hot holiday with someone who wouldn't let me drink, at least I would have come back with a tan. .

Awful service, told admission cancelled 12 hours before due to be admitted. Booked day off work to run the mother in law up, then told last minute she can't go after having the deposit for a month. money making scheme no care for people's health or psychological well-being

Never had any issues with drugs. However if Tom and Ricky want to make money (Smile property agents) for landlords they'd better buck up their ideas! Ricky is poorly educated and quite thick who dislikes his own mother. Tom is from the isle of dogs in London I reckon. He likes barking!

When I first came to Oasis I was a complete wreck due to alcoholism. From the outset the staff and my peers where understanding and extremely helpful. We became a small family and bonded really well. After a 10 day detox I feel and look a hell of a lot better. Discharged from Bradford today and am now heading to Runcorn for a three months. Highly recommend this service.

I was nervous at the start and wanted to leave quite soon after arrival, but this experience has totally changed my outlook on life and the way I think about my addiction. The support workers/counsellor's are amazing, the food is great, the nurses are understanding, caring and willing to listen and the other peers were really supportive during my stay. I really enjoyed all of the activities and group sessions we had with different services and with people who have been through similar issues. I also loved the walks, gong sessions, acupuncture, music therapy etc. I have been sober for nearly 6 weeks now, and I want to thank Oasis for helping me through this tough time in my life.

They were amazing staff and peers alike. The only issue I had was the price of the payphone to ring mobiles due to only three pound a day allowance which gives u maybe three minutes. Also the shopping from garage is quite expensive too. Staff are all totally amazing though and I'm now on day eight methadone.

From the moment I called the main office for advice and support I was treated professionally and given all the information I needed to decide that Oasis was the right place for me to get help for my addiction. I arrived in a broken and emotional state but was treated with kindness, dignity and professionalism throughout by all staff. The programme of events, personal therapy and associated peer discussions were of high quality and prepared me to move back home and continue my recovery. I would highly recommend Oasis for treatment of addiction and am looking forward to taking advantage of the aftercare provided as part of the fees. Thank you to all there.

The best thing I ever did was come to oasis Bradford. You get loads of support from staff and peers. I recommend if anyone wants to detox. Staff are very professional and it has been a brilliant experience. One member of staff Percy is very calm and collective.
