I have struggled with both my heading and with eczema in my ears for nearly twenty years. Doctors would only treat me when I got ear infections, which was often. The skilled, polite, personable Chloe made me feel right from the start that I wasn’t a problem. She recognised the issue. It took three sessions to fix and she told me she would do it and she did. I’ve got my hearing back and I’ve got my energy back too. I no longer take two antihistamines a day to stop the itching. I don’t itch. Honestly, it feels like a miracle.

Excellent service for sure. Was recommended to go here by a good friend of mine. My right ear was totally blocked and I couldn't hear out of it at all. I was nervous at first but Paul really helped by being very informative about the procedure etc. It really put me at ease. He talked me through everything and I was more than happy to proceed. Throughout the process I was informed of the step by step process which helped me understand why my ear was blocked and how it was going to be treated. Paul even showed me the inside of my ear to see what the problem was! That was very interesting. I couldn't believe the amount of wax that blocked my hearing and I'm super happy that they were able to remove it. My hearing is back thankfully. Overall very confident in this clinic. I would 100% recommend. Great price too!

Having found Hearing Excellence Clinic on Google, I booked an appointment with Paul as one of my ears was totally blocked. Paul was so welcoming from the start, extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly to me. I had microsuction in both ears which was very effective. It was great to hear again! I needed a second session to remove some heavily impacted wax which was included in the price that I found to be very reasonable. The follow up call to check how my ears were post treatment was again a demonstration on how Paul cares for his patients. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will continue to use his services.

I have just returned from my appointment at Hearing Excellence with clinician and director Paul Jackson and cannot praise his professionalism, service and walk through of the process highly enough! I’ve had a wax build up for around 10days and unable to hear! My GP appointment was scheduled for over another weeks time and Paul had availability. He is qualified in all forms of ear wax removal and so can switch between the 3 processes whilst you’re with him. It’s the BEST money I’ve ever spent on personal healthcare and the immediacy of being able to hear again priceless. If your hearing is suffering loss of clarity or wax build up book yourself an appointment with Paul! Brilliant just brilliant and thank you.

Highly recommended. My 14YO son was very nervous about having wax removed due to a rather traumatic previous experience elsewhere. Paul did an excellent job of putting him at ease and talking him through everything before starting. It took 3 visits to finally clear the wax due to it being compacted but we were only charged for the one visit. My son said he really trusted paul, which was high praise indeed given how apprehensive he was about the whole thing.

Having examined both ears with a camera (which I was able to see on a big screen in front of me) he used micro suction to remove the wax with instant success. His manner and professionalism before, during and after the treatment was exemplary and I would be more than happy to recommend his services to anyone.

I had an appointment with Paul a couple of weeks ago and had a follow up appointment today. He was great, really knowledgable and kept me informed throughout. My favourite part was seeing inside my ears! Paul took his time to explain everything and even sent a referral to my GP for an issue I’ll possibly require treatment for. I would definitely recommend to anyone that required their ears cleaning as most places won’t show you the inside of your ears or give you a follow up appointment free of charge OR refer you to your GP for further care!!

Excellent service. I had ear wax removed from both ears at the clinic. Paul explained the procedure very clearly and it was completed quickly and efficiently. I was having some ear discomfort and muffled hearing after a long flight. I wanted to get my ears checked for wax build up and general ear health. Paul, the audiologist, was excellent - immediatley welcoming, he put me at my ease and was very thorough in his pre-treatment questions and explanation of the process. The ear wax removal by suction was quick and painless, incredibly effective. Paul spotted a potential middle ear issue and has scheduled a return visit so he can investigate further. The service today was very thorough, really professional, with high-tech equipment, super-clean cobsulting room & ultra-hygienic treatment of equipment. I would highly recommend Paul.

Very professional and thorough service, everything was explained and through the treatment I was informed visually what is going on and Paul did an excellent job. Now I can definitely hear more clearly. I was also given some maintenance advice to look after my ear as well. Overall highly recommended.

I found it easy to book an appointment online and thought the price for ear wax removal was reasonable compared to others offering a similar service. Paul is friendly and very professional. The first appointment gave me instant improvement in my blocked ear and the price included a second appointment to remove residual wax, along with a reassuring hearing test. I went to an NHS surgery and was given little to no information on my ear problems, was in the room for less than 2 minutes and all they told me was that my ears were blocked and they couldn’t get me in to clear them for 3 weeks. While waiting to get an appointment booked in I found hearing excellence clinic on google and they booked me in for 3 days later (they could’ve got me in the same day but I had to soften the blockage up for 3 days before) when I got there Paul was brilliant, so informative and professional and had the consult and blockage cleared in one session. Follow up advice was really good too. Would highly recommend!

He was extremely thorough in clinical history taking, the assessment of my needs, examination of my ear canals and hearing testing including the latest in-ear canal sound delivery. He then carefully checked, reconfigured and precisely reprogrammed my hearing aids to suit my needs in a variety of situations.
