A very efficient and professional service. We had a home visit for my son who was struggling to hear. She was very supportive throughout the treatment towards my son. An ear pressure test was included in the cost, which was very useful. Also she has helped with aftercare for my sons hearing. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

I'm usually a patient person so I didn't mind waiting, however my appointment did begin 20 minutes late which I can imagine would be a problem for others, however that is the only downside I experienced today. The lady who performed the procedure was in fact very nice and professional. I'm a student in the healthcare profession and she is an example to follow. She constantly asked if I was comfortable or experiencing any pain during the microsuction procedure, and was very gentle. She was also happy to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this clinic for earwax removal!

She was lovely, polite & took great care to ensure that I was not in pain during the process. She worked swiftly to remove my problem. Like getting a new ear. Had microsuction treatment which was explained thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. The instant the blockage was removed I could hear clearly - very impressed and would highly recommend!

Used Hear again Ear care for the first time. I was slightly apprehensive trying new places but I was pleasantly surprised with the service. The Audiologist was very informative advising me that I had wax build up in both ears. A few moments later she used her micro camera to show me the blockage and advised a suction process will remove the same. The suction method felt much more comfortable then the previous water (blast) method. The entire process was done in under 15 minutes and wow I could hear a pin drop again lol Thank you to Hear again Ear care Defiantly recommend them.
