My company spends alot of time down here. If you are looking for a commercial unit with good access to the motorway this industrial estate is just the ticket. Units go quickly so don't delay.

Yeah it's one of the nicer business parks very green and a river runs by. Full of cars everywhere as you would expect but generally a good vibe :)

We went looking for a new wheelchair, plenty to choose from, but not one we liked.

The entrance to the business park is easy to miss on the roundabout.

Walk round here every day but it's getting dangerous all the trees and bushes have overgrown that bad in some parts there is no pavement left

I only go here (walk) to make use of the Royal mail parcel posting box, keeping in touch with my young grandchildren. There is a footpath alongside the river and an optional connecting path to the canal towpath , providing a pleasant walking route from several locations.

Buildings could be better sign posted and all units named and numbered.

It's an industrial estate full of lorries.☹️ The picture of the nearby canal is misleading.

I've used Appliances Direct for a few things over the years. Pretty good service really. Though you often have to wait a day or two for your items to be ready to collect.

Although there are lots of businesses here we only visited the wheelchair service

It's nice and tidy but not very easy to get around due to inadequate signage very confusing

Has a great deal of companies that also offer sales out of buildings! Very helpful.

Nice route from Brighouse to Elland or loopback at Lowfields.
