Rasa,
which
translates
to
"essense
or
flavour,"
lives
up
to
its
name.
This
is
an
updated
review
of
the
place.
It
was
my
fourth
dine-in
today
at
Rasa.
Regardless
of
where
I
lived
in
Dublin,
I
always
came
back
to
remind
myself
of
the
flavour
of
authentic,
fresh,
and
finest
Indian
food.
So
far
I've
tried
many
Indian
restaurants

name
a
few)
As
of
May
17,
2023,
Rasa
had
the
best
service,
superior
quality
food,
and
don't
you
forget
the
smiling
face
of
Smildo
John,
the
very
polite,
kind,
and
professional
guy
taking
your
orders
and
giving
you
happiness
in
different
forms
and
flavours.
A
new
addition,
the
'Mangolerean
Ghee
Chicken',
was
very
well
cooked
in
a
spicy,
tangy
thick
sauce
toppled
with
curry
leaves.
It
had
all
-
good
fat,
spice,
and
an
unexpected
kick.
I
am
impressed
with
the
quantity!
There's
no
plate
shy
of
anything....
it's
full,
as
is
my
heart
each
time
I
visit
this
place.
♥️
I
won't
exaggerate
when
I
write
this:
Two
spoonfuls
of
Gajar
ka
halwa
brought
tears
to
my
eyes
because
it
reminded
me
of
winters
at
home
with
my
punjabi
fam
Not
only
did
they
ace
Gajar
ka
halwa,
they
aced
Gulab
jamun
too.
It
was
a
tie,
but
I'll
remain
particularly
partial
to
my
new
fav
here,
gajar
ka
halwa.
