Great stadium. Access was good although getting out wasn’t so straight forward. Enjoyed seeing Springsteen and The E Street Band in a “smaller” stadium. Would definitely go back.

A sporting Mecca. Whether it's the Dublin Horse Show in August of each year or Leinster rugby for the rest of the year, the RDS plays host to only the very best sport. This historic venue manages to blend old world charm with modernity. Whether it's rugby of horses, you will find good good and drink aplenty to maintain you during you visit.

Arriving early is a must, have the freedom to roam the stalls grab a coffee and stroll around. Close to noon it was getting busy and difficult to move around, glad at thst stage to have my tickets for the stand. Toilets were kept clean but as the day got busier the toilets deteriorated as the bins began to over flow. Food from all was expensive.... curry chips 7 euro, breakfast toasties 9.50 as an example. But in general a great day out.

Fantastic venue for the horse show. So much to see, super showing classes and lots of shopping. Highly recommend as the top equestrian event in Ireland each year. Unmissable!

Had great fun here, lots of places to get snacks and drinks. There was lots of seating. They really did put on a great show with mascots, drummers and fire before the match started and at half time.

Excellent Gifted Irish Arts and Crafts event. Better than the 2021 event but really busy. Catering was much improved with the restaurant at the front of the arena operating. It cost about €16 for a sandwich, croissant and two bottles of Coke Zero. More stands this year with the upstairs open which also included a seated area. Great samples to encourage buyers. However, the RDS decided to remove the cash machines the week before the event which is utter madness as many people weren’t prepared for that - sole traders and people from the north who had travelled to the event. €7 to park at Simmonscourt Pavilion with a courtesy bus back and forward - excellent! The Christmas trees in one of the relax/food areas need Christmas lights - they look as miserable as sin with no lights and baubles. The place was bunged to the rafters so it was hard to get around. I don’t know how you’d manage with a wheelchair. It was difficult with prams and particularly with their owners not paying attention to where they were going and smacking the pram into your legs. Hardly a fun day out for parents, their babies and the rest of us but more space/less people would have made it bearable. Toilets were very clean as always. Last year you could put your name down for free tickets this year. That facility wasn’t offered this year :-(

The horse show was excellently staged. Top quality horsemanship; good range of shopping and feeding opportunities.

Great little arena that holds about 16,000 fans.
