I’ve had Paris Bánh Mì twice since it’s opened and it’s been great! As a Vietnamese American it’s rare to find such great tasting authentic pho and bánh mì. I got the Pho P8. which is basically all the meats! It had great tasting brisket, ribs, and meatballs. The broth itself is a little sweet which is great. I added some red sauce and black sauce to have that great tasting combo for the meat flavors. It’s a great and easy meal for those on a hurry. I also had the Bánh Mì B13 which is bulgogi inside. It was so flavorful and delicious. I usually like to eat half of my sandwich and take the rest home. It was even great after a few days in the fridge. Desert and bakery wise had great options so I helped myself to some cheesecake. It was so worth it. For those coming to try this new location in Athens I also recommend getting a boba drink as the milk tea base is very strong in tea! Try one of their phos and sandwiches as well! The staff is super friendly for an order over the counter type of place.

I’ve been looking forward to Paris Bahn Mi opening up for such a long time! It did not disappoint. It’s so beautiful inside and the food is fantastic. It’s so fresh. They even have an assortment of baked good and packaged snacks!

A wonderful spot for vegans with great staff and service! Non-dairy creamer is used to make all boba milk tea. Their vegan pho, toast, and Bahn Mi are amazing! I've been twice and I plan to go again. Also, it would be lovely if they could provide some vegan pastry options as well🤤

4.25 stars out of 5. Nice to have an eatery of this sort in Athens that adds to the overall diversity of cuisines in downtown Athens. I got a chicken pho and half chicken bahn mi combo. The pho was quite good, especially at this price point. The bahn mi was ok. Overall I’d rate the food a 3.5 to 4 out of 5 based on what I had. The setting is nice and clean. They have interesting Japanese snacks. All of that makes this place a tad above 4 stars to me. I’d be back to try other things — their croissant bahn mi, in particular.

My initial impression of the restaurant was that I could now enjoy my favorite banh mi without having to drive too far south into the Duluth area. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a charming background that showcases various aspects of Vietnamese food culture, from quick bites to more elaborate dishes. I particularly enjoyed the spinach croissants for breakfast.

Came in for the soft opening event and had the Chicken Banh Mi and Thai tea and two pastries. The sandwich was good, well balanced and full of flavor really enjoyed it. The Thai Tea was good, but definitely recommend getting it with light ice. It felt like there was more ice than drink. the grass jelly was interesting. I enjoyed it. The pastries were amazing, but at $6.50 each they were a little steep. The decor and atmosphere are modern and cool. Everything was clean and easy to navigate. I think I'll be back. It's a good tasty addition to Downtown Athens.

DoorDash pickup; food was ready to go when prompted. This was my first bahn mi, so I wasn’t absolutely sure what to expect, but according to other foodies I’ve heard from, it must be up there with some good ones. The French bread was incredible, the veggies were fresh and crunchy. I just wish the pork inside was a bit warmer, since it was cooler than room temp. (Again, never had this sandwich, so maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be?) The Dirty Fries were lacking in flavor though. They’re not actually fries, but tots, with a bit of cheese sauce and what seemed like crushed up Hot Cheetos on top. I wouldn’t order those again, but I will go back for a Bahn Mi for another try. Didn’t dine in, but the atmosphere was busy and well kept, customer wise and staff wise.

Fast and agile team. Their pastries look so tasty. I got the grilled pork banh mi and a classic boba tea 🧋 I’m already a boba fanatic but this was my first time eating a banh mi. It was so tasty and I will definitely be back! Welcome to Athens!
