If don't expect much for a $58 lunch buffet and the weather was good then it wasn't too bad for a 2 hours trip. Most people on board likley was just to use the $25 x 2 vouchers, otherwise there is no reason to go again.

We went on a lunch harbour cruise. The food was excellent and fresh. The trip was so relaxing. And our 12 year old child was free!!

Harbour cruise Christmas party, if I was rating the staff and COVIDSafe policy then I would rate a 5, if I was rating the view and the actual cruise around the harbour I would also rate a 5 after all Sydney is beautiful, but I’m here to rate the food, oh my it was really really inconsistent and not very good at all. But I cannot get over just how inconsistent it was, cold bread(garlic bread) and a samosa first very weird combination, then a salad that sat on our table for like 20 mins and then fish come out, then a plate of veggies that by the time the chicken came out again at least 20 mins later the veggies were pretty much useless, but it was some buttery pasta that we thought that was it so we ate it and then 20 mins later some sore of stroganoff came out to pair with the pasta, it was the most infrequent and eclectic menu I have been offered in a while, that most certainly left you very hungry yet scratching your head and just how infrequent and miss matched everything was. Again the food was awful but the waitstaff were very attentive and professional.

The food was lovely, especially the cakes. It's just that there's one waitress with short hair that was extremely rude! She behaved like she doesn't want to be there, She didn't even bother to ask first if we're done with our food yet and wanted to take the plate. When we said that we haven't done yet she just walked away with annoyed face, even though there were other empty plates that was ready to be taken on our table. And please take a note here, in the buffet we can't take more than 1 plate with us back to the table, but if there are food on them then it's fine to take more. Cause that waitress, again, she will going to stop you from doing so. (yes! She just told us that we can't take 2 plates at once, but there were other people that took 2 plates full of food and she's okay with that! So yeah that is my conclusion!)

Unprofessional and disrespectful service. I had booked drinks package and was informed by the girl who welcomed us aboard that all house drinks including spirits are included. After I had ordered 2 vodkas, I was advised that I had to pay for them and I happily did. Then ordered 2 Beers and the waiter didn’t charge us because he said they are included in drinks package. Later when I went to bar to order the same beers I was told that they are not included! Your crew spoilt out experience-shameful service. You are a blemish on the hospitality industry! YOU DON’T RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND CONFUSE THINGS FOR THEM!

I took my partner on the express dinner cruise, we were seated with a window view and were very happy with the service. The waiter was accommodating and helpful. The food was excellent and catered for all tastes. The dinner starts before the boat departs from the quay so that you have time to see the views of the city. There is also a commentary in relation to the views while you are cruising past them. Would definitely recommend to spend an evening on majistic cruises if you get the opportunity to, there's some amazing views with the city lit up.

WONDERFUL cruise for two hours on a luxury boat. We boarded at the King St Wharf. We decided to get off at Circular Quay so we could walk around there too (we were actually scheduled for a round trip back to King St Wharf, but they allowed us to disembark wherever we liked). The ship is elegantly designed and arranged. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views were stunning, although it was raining for our tour, so we stayed inside most of the time. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour though.

Love the catamaran Magistic cruises, a variety of delicious food with options for both vegetarian and non veg along with amazing desserts and drinks. Fully air-conditioned dining with white table cloth. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting sydney.

Wow booked for a Vivid cruises arrived at 1715hrs was greeted with a smile and smile was all over the place with the staff. Lovely way to see the City as the cruise 🛳 takes about 1.5hrs to complete as it's slowly drifts around Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Welcome Drink was there too and have fun This is a honest and professional review 👏.

We went for christmas dinner .The food was terrible. Other reviewer before me has summed it up real nicely. Food was late and out of sync leaving us scratching our heads on what was going on.

What a wonderful night. I booked a table on the fore deck for dinner. The food was amazing, very well cooked it was all beautifully done. The music was perfect. The view was spectacular. The staff where lovely. Very well organised. Thankyou majestic cruises for a wonderful night.

Outstanding cruise line and simply unbeatable value for money, friendly and helpful staff on a well furnished and comfortable vessel with a tasty Buffett complete with something for everyone’s taste, alcoholic options (mainly beer choices) could be improved but that would be critical to what is a very memorable experience, will definitely book again and recommended to anyone wanting a great time on the harbour, thank you majestic cruises :)

Worst food ever I had , quality is awful and very poor ! With very less food selections - and they advertise as buffet ! What a joke !! Disgraceful customer service on-board , however they’ve tried utmost to keep customer happy ! Price would have been great if food quality was good. Albeit , Excellent view from the cruise !!

I celebrated my papas Birthday on the Magistic Cruise, the buffet was ok and they have a cash bar, there is probably not enough shade outside as I got completely roasted (Sunburnt), nerveless it was still a nice day out on the world Famous Sydney Harbour. This is worth a look.

We’ve done many lunch cruises and this was a best. Food was delicious healthy and fresh, weather was perfect, great staff, beautiful scenery. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

Food was quite nice although the dessert didn't really live up to expectations. Restaurant felt a little overcrowded. Bathrooms weren't maintained very well but overall a good experience

My daughter went on your cruise 13/2/22 she is Vegan and you couldn't supply any food for her but still charged full fare. She had to sit and watch her friends eat., In this day and age this is a ridiculous policy not being able to cater for a simple dietary requirement All you needed to do was supply a can of Mexi beans, Sauce and pasta that would of been an acceptable effort.

28th December. Very disappointing experience. Tour left the dock at 2.59 and arrived back at 3.43. On board we didn't get our free drinks until I had approach staff and point out the details on the booking sheet. Lastly a lot of the tables were dirty and nobody came to clean them. Maybe they were having a bad day but I enjoyed the regular manly ferry a lot more for a fraction of the price.

I would highly recommend this if you visit Sydney. The crew were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The views of the harbour were magnificent. Could not fault a thing once again highly recommend. Thank you.

As Some family members are vegetarian, we chose This Lunch cruise in preference to others due to its better vegetarian options on the Menu. Found e chose well. The non-vegetarian fare in any case is almost same as any other. The booking process, constant updates, punctual timelines, spacious uncrowded decks, and courteous staff in addition to the sumptuous Lunch and beverages made the trip very enjoying. Loved it. Yes, even the whether cooperated to make this a memorable cruise for us three generations of family members on board❤️

A perfect way to get to know Sydney! Cruising past the Opera House, seeing the stunning houses of Sydney & having a nice lunch buffet with Hubby are the nicest way to celebrate our wedding anniversary ! Highly recommend this dinner cruise, went for our anniversary & from start to finish was a whole vibe. Everything ran smoothly from the time they seated us to the time it finished. The views were on point of the harbour, the entertainment was so much fun & the food was faultless. Overall I rate this cruise 11/10 & I’d happily book another without hesitation.

I have taken this cruise several times this year with groups that I travel with when in Sydney and it never fails to impress. The quality of food is excellent and is great value for money. Natalie the manager and her team do a tremendous job of having the food ready at the requested time. Personally I like to eat once the vessel has left circular quay and is well on its way out into the harbour that way the great photo opportunities many of which are experienced in the first 30 mins are not missed.The amazing views of the classic Sydney sights look very different from the water if previously enjoyed from the shoreline.

The food quality was very bad considering the amount paid for the special occasion and paid additional for special seats. Unattended and need to wave hands for 5-6 time to get served once. Good quality is worst then local street vendors.

The food is good, is not the best but is good. You can see the opera house, the famous bridge and other special things of Australia.

My family and I went for the buffet lunch cruise, we had a lovely day, the food was great and plenty of it and the views and commentary was fantastic. Waiting to do it again.

STAFF NOT AFRAID TO LIE I was on this cruise for the end of year lunch. I casually asked one of staff how they allocate tables for lunch. The staff answered they give tables with good view to customers paying more. Really? I didnt find such a thing like a different price for lunch buffet on their website. I was not asked if i wanted to upgrade for a better view when making a booking either. I don't mind at all which table to sit as i believe you have your own rule to allocate table but mind staff's unnecessary lies.

Drinks were cold prawns were chilled and the calamari and mussels were as cold as the prawns

Gorgeous dinner cruise on the harbour. Was a little challenging to get information, as there were not many staff available (may be due to the private function being held on the upper deck), but all in all a very nice experience. Good selection of food offerings, and plenty of it. Drinks included in the package were sufficient. Might have been nice to communicate when dessert was being served, as many people were on the sun deck taking in the views.

Cheap and best but, service is really bad.

Great experience but most of the staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. Food was average, dessert had to be shared between 2 people which was very odd and didn't taste great.

Really enjoyed the cruise of Sydney's harbours. The views of the Opera house and Harbour bridge were amazing. Also had a complimentary beer..
