Dear Oaks Vernon, Mario took me early for my appointment. First positive experience was maintenance. Community Room darling. Quiet. Pretty. Mario, loves the property at Oaks Vernon. He walked me through the application. I was there for three hours and made to feel comfortable and to make the right decision. Mario offered to put new carpeting in my apartment, before I signed the lease. And is adding in new kitchen and bathroom floors. He is serious and giving. Thank you for my new home, 10 minutes away from my parents. Mario is one of the few people in the world 🌍 who cares whether or not someone isput into a clean apartment. My apartment was updated with new flooring and carpet and every inch of the apartment was cleaned by Bridget. He reassured me, but I never believed him, and then I walked into an elegant little flat. It's a rare person who follows up, follows through and cares about the tenant. Move him up in the company and reward him, because the tenants will appreciate his hard work. “I’m so glad we live here” is a phrase my partner is probably tired of me saying for over a year, but I say it in earnest! I am so grateful to Mario, Bridget, and Robert for helping me make Oaks Vernon my home. I’m in awe of the amenities I get to enjoy and community of people I get to be a part of just by living here. I highly recommend living here and hope to see you at the pool this summer!

My partner and I had an apartment with Oaks Vernon from 12/2021 - 12/2023. We have absolutely loved our time here! Frankly the only reason we are moving is because I received a job offer in another state. Mario, Bridget, and Robert take such great care of the residents through clean grounds, wonderful amenities, and their fantastic personalities. The community events really helped us feel like we were part of a large family. We will miss our time here, but highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!

My boyfriend and I feel so lucky that we found the Oaks Vernon community. We wanted some place near the city but a little more suburban, and this place is a hidden gem! It’s this quiet, well kept apartment close to restaurants, shops, and all that you could want and need. The property manager, Mario, is so amazing, and personable. You know you can trust him, and the other awesome property team members to take care of everything. If there’s a problem, it’s clearly communicated and solved quickly. Everything is clear, and trustworthy. The apartments are so lovely, and QUIET. It’s rare to find a quality apartment building like this (solid floors, quiet walls etc). And I live for my balcony. It’s my haven, facing the quiet, and nature friendly court yard. There are also some fantastic amenities here, like a pool, a gym, community spaces, and great laundry rooms! All around an incredible place to live. We’re so happy to call this place home. We’ll be here for a long time.

Oaks Vernon is a safe, friendly environment, convenient location and very clean place to live in Edina. The fantastic management team including Mario, Bridget & Robert are very attentive to your requests and the great people who live here is what makes it a family friendly home. I lived in my an apartment from Jan 2019 till April 2023. I had a wonderful time. Mario (property manager) and maintenance team were caring, and their leadership, and their clear and concise communication style were great. Living in the building certainly got better after he started managing the property. I would highly recommend considering Oak Vernon as your home. Also, great area and lots of parks and other amenities are located with close distance to this place.

Excellent place to live! The apartment is peaceful and contains people of all ages. There is nature and some woods located in the back of the complex. We often see deer and turkeys, and have seen coyotes and owls right out our back window, all while being only 10 minutes away from downtown Minneapolis. Mario, the property manager, has been great, and anytime we needed anything it was fixed almost immediately! I would highly recommend living here for the great value, service, and location.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly and competently. Have been a resident of Oaks Vernon for 16+ years. Part of the joy of living here is the sense of community. Mario, Robert & Bridget work hard to bring the residents of all ages together through numerous social events and making sure that residents enjoy living here. Earlier this year while shopping I fell & fractured my hip. My time at a rehab center was shortened because of the Oaks Vernon staff assurances that they would work with me & therapists to make the necessary accommodations so I could successfully live independently in my apartment. Mario, Robert & Bridget regularly checked in to make sure I was doing OK & was there anything I needed. The rehab center expressed how impressed it was with the responsiveness & caring of the Oaks Vernon staff.
