We are so glad we came to Arthur’s! We stopped in on a Friday to browse for engagement rings, which we had not shopped for previously. I was a little overwhelmed walking in, as I didn’t have a strong sense of what I liked, but Kim knew me better than I knew myself, and we were able to ultimately narrow things down to “THE” ring in about an hour. I never planned on replacing my rings so it was a long process for me to narrow down what I wanted to do and she was very patient and super helpful. Wow, I visited all the jewelers at Rosedale and then here. Hands down, Arthur's had the most selection and expertise. I had a particular non-standard situation, and they handled it the best of the places I visited. I got my first wedding ring here about 20 years ago -- very happy then too, which is why I really wanted to come back this time. Experience and quality of staff and product really matter. Very impressed.

Always a fantastic experience. You are treated like a valued customer whether you buy a 10,000 Diamond ring or some awesome designer earrings. They have it all and if they don’t, they will make it for you. The service after sale is the key. They will polish and clean your rings for as long as you own them. They come back looking like new. No charge. What a value. Amazing. It is a great Family business, I can’t recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Arthur's Jewelers! My finance and I went in together to look at engagement rings for me. We were worried that we would be judged for being younger (23 and 22 at the time) and having both of us come in. No one judged us at all and made us feel completely comfortable! We worked with Mandy for everything, from trying on rings to having my fiancé come back and pick out the diamond, and then eventually for our wedding bands. I was pretty picky about what I wanted, and Mandy helped answers all of my questions and helped me until we found the perfect stack. When it came time for my fiancé to pick his band, she was just as helpful! He tried on a ton of different options and Mandy was so patient. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about Arthur's. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have so many gorgeous rings to choose from. Plus, they pretty much always have some special financing promotion, which is a nice plus! Fantastic jewelers!!! Over the last 15 years I've purchased many items and have always been exceptionally happy and impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. In fact, with so many choices in the area, I would've choosen somewhere else if they didn't continue to exceed my expectations. For new purchases I've always worked with Mandy, whom I would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their jewelry purchase decision. She's very knowledgeable and friendly. She also doesn't over sell or pressure into making poor purchase decisions since it's clear customer loyalty and longevity are important. I have also had many repairs done over the years. Upfront they clearly communicate what they can and can't do based off their many years of experience and knowledge. If for whatever reason they're not able to repair as previously agreed, they reach out and explain why and how they plan to proceed. We discuss and agree on a solution to make sure I'm happy with the results. I've never felt negatively surprised when I pick up repaired items. Normally it turns out better than expected.

I am late in writing this review but I wanted to share. I shopped all over the Twin Cities metro area at different Jewelers trying to find the perfect engagement ring for my now wife. I had an idea of what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. Many other jewelers I visited were placing my ideas into a box forcing me to choose to either settle for a different ring or greatly exceed my budget. That is until I went into Arthur's and met Jessami, it was such a wonderful experience working with her. She was so mindful of my requests and worked hard to gameplan and make my ideas come to life. She was flexible in many options and offered great financing options that were not offered anywhere else. I felt so educated and confident in making such an important decision. It was the same experience when we started to do our wedding band shopping. We immediately went back to Jessami and again had a fantastic experience picking out rings we wanted to wear for the rest of our lives. She provided knowledge and guidance and worked so hard to get us what we wanted for our money. I highly recommend anyone that is shopping around to go to Arthur's. I went into Arthur’s after deciding I wanted to propose to my girlfriend on an upcoming vacation. I had a good idea of what she wanted but was worried it would be tough to find the perfect ring on short notice, so I had a list of jewelers to visit ready to go. Arthur’s was my first stop and it turns out the rest of the list was unnecessary! Tamara was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect diamond and setting within my budget to create a beautiful ring. This was on a Friday evening, and by the following Tuesday the ring was ready to be picked up in time for my trip! There was no pressure whatsoever and it was a great experience from start to finish. Recently, we purchased our wedding set from Arthur’s Jewelers. Ask for Mandy, she is knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. And their jeweler was able to set our loose solitaire in one of their engagement settings while re-etching our platinum wedding band. Altogether, the experience was flawless!

Now that I proposed and my partner accepted, I can leave a review about my engagement ring experience! It felt daunting to walk into the building because I was coming with preconceived notions around salespeople and their aggressiveness. What I actually experienced was far from. I was immediately greeted and then welcomed to walk around and ask if I had any questions. As I was narrowing down options, I did request help and Jessami was immediately available. I gave my budget, and without judgment or pushing for more, was shown some options close to what I was looking for taking my budget into account. It was fun (no really, it was) to browse and look at suggestions based on my asks. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and were patient, answering all my questions. This is a family run jewelry store, and folks here are invested in giving you what you want, not selling you on what they have. While I just went in to browse, I walked out same day having an engagement ring purchased. They have great return policies and were able to guide me with the process of insuring the ring. I would definitely repeat the experience here, and will definitely be back for wedding rings once we pick a date.

My fiancé proposed to me in early January but worked with Arthur’s to create a spectacular ring! The shape, band, engraving are all perfect! I went to have it resized and the specialist that helped create my ring also walked me through wedding band recommendations, a matching band for him and timelines. I worked with Brad on my engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé. I am a geologist by profession but also worked at a jewelry store for about a year previously, and my experience with Brad at Arthur’s was absolutely outstanding. Hands down 10/10 excellent experience in every way. He blew my knowledge-base on jewelry and stones out of the water. Most importantly, he was so easy to talk to and such a genuine person who listens to your every word. You can tell he sincerely cares about each customer and treats you professionally while simultaneously making you feel as if you were one of his own friends or family members.
