(Lloret de mar branch)I just wanted to exchange my underwear for a larger size, ( unworn all tags attached)I didn’t know that without a receipt that would cause such a big issue… Manager Mari is so rude and lazy that she could not even look in the system and find a receipt. All she’s saying can’t find anything. Absolutely useless people working in there. I constantly spend money with you in lots of different countries I’ve never experienced such a miserable service like today,you hold on to people like me!!! Plus on top of that they kicked me out from the shop. After this disgusting service I won’t ever spend any penny in your shops!!
