Our son had an arm fracture. First we had to wait the Emergency for more than an hour. They brought our boy to this hospital and we thought we're in good hands cause it looks like a good place - clean and professional. The doctor said that a surgery is required as the fracture is bad. They made the surgery and ensured us that everything is great, in 2 weeks the cast could be removed. Nothing to worry about. We trusted the doctor and it was a relief. A week later we came back to Moscow and did the xray... the Russian doctor said that the first surgery didn't fix the arm properly so our son had to undergo another surgery urgently. We were surprised because the doctor at Llevent said everything is perfectly fine... Big questions to the competence of medical stuff and capabilities of the hospital. Be careful!

British tourists DO NOT BE TRICKED. This is a scam hospital. My pregnant wife and I went when we had issues with the pregnancy on holiday. We got sent here from our hotel. We told them the issue and we had to fill out our insurance details before they would see us. Once the claim was through they said that they don't deal with maternity issues there and we would have to go to another hospital. So they claimed on our insurance when they knew they couldn't help us. To put the icing on the cake they are chasing us through debt collectors 2 years later out of the blue for over €800. Even though the insurance company paid. They should be ashamed. They are con artists and criminals

Very bad experience. My daughter has been brought here by some ambulance which was some type of private transfer that charges the insurance company a lot of money. Then the doctor completely misdiagnosed my daughter and said there was not much wrong and issued a fit to fly certificate. We flew the next day and my daughter was in so much pain and distress that we had to have an ambulance upon landing in UK. In the hospital a home, they quickly diagnosed tonsillitis and she is now on the road to recovery. Overall very bad experience and it felt like they are in it for the tourist money because they can get away with it with insurance companies. Needless to say that I will be making sure that my insurance company knows exactly what has happened. The only plus of this place is the friendly Polish nurse that has helped us, she speaks fluent Spanish, English and Polish so thanks to her for help.

Not one person to speak English in the hospital { I know about speaking other languages in other countries before there's an outcry } but this relates to elderly people on holiday with a medical tragedy and no one to help them translate what is happenning. I have tried to get through to speka to anyone who can help and repatedly have the phone put down on me. I'm told that 90% of people carrying travel insurance will be taken to hospitals like this as they are Public not Private and apprently insurance policies don;t pay for private treatment. Check insurance people and stay away from this one unless you speak Spanish

(Translated by Google) Worst hospital I've ever seen so far. And that although it is for private patients. The service was absolutely miserable. I was half dehydrated, but they just put me in a box like that for 1.5 hours without a sip of water. Even after repeated requests I was refused water. I almost fell over when the blood was taken, but of course I didn't get any water. A catheter was then placed in my arm. I wasn't told what I was getting or how to proceed. One bottle turned out to be painkillers, but I had no pain at all. The other two packs also had no effect on my condition. When I then said that I wanted to have my blood count and wanted to go, I was suddenly able to have water. So if you have to go to the hospital, don't go there. The medical team is completely incompetent, the assistants sometimes don't even speak English and the waiting times are really bottomless.

You have to understand that it’s a private clinic and not a charity establishment. And you need a travel health insurance that has this hospital on their partners list. In our case medical emergency coverage was included in our hotel pack. As a result treatment of our kid was free of charge. Staff was nice and caring and everything ended well. Just remember to contact your insurance before you proceed to hospital to make sure they will cover it. Have a safe vacation!

Cov Test PCR. I do absolutely not recommended to do it there, the way how they are doing that is absolutely dangerous for your health or even for your life in case of a worst case scenario. Due to my work I am traveling quite allot and did already few PCR tests but never collected that bad experience like in this hospital! First off all, the stick shall go into your nose maximum for 6 cm. The lady there was literally holding head and tried to push with real force the stick for at least 10 cm until you I stopped her hand, there she became really stinky. Crazy, my personal opinion. Try to find any other alternative, don't do it there!

One of the worst experiences of my life. They give me translaters who can't translate. Give not much information about the after process. Doctors getting not that happy because I don't speak Spanish. I had several appointments there. Besides the specialist, which was a wonderfull lady. Most staff of the hospital can learn something. They made me very scared. And from the 6 times I have been there. Only the specialist was good. I would not recommend it at all. And I hope they will change something about their procedures.

(Translated by Google) I broke my arm. The medical care excellent. I was operated on immediately. The orthopedist spoke German. The staff at the station was very nice and friendly. There were only problems with the communication. Luckily there is the interpreter Dolores. She was a great help to me with her warmth. Thanks alot.

If I could give more stars I would.******* The hospital saved my husbands life whilst on holiday. The care and expertise they showed was second to none and I would like to thanks all the staff for all their help in such difficult circumstances. Antonia in ICU was brilliant and then he was moved to a normal ward. Angela one of the nurses was as her name “an Angel” and went above and beyond to make sure he had everything that he needed. A big thank you to her especially xx Delores the hospital administrator who dealt with our insurance company, was brilliant. Her help and patience and also her translation skills were amazing and she made what was a very stressful time, much easier than it could have been. My only negative comment about the hospital is the food. But I think this is the same in any hospital, worldwide. THANK YOU ALL SOOOOO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP XX AS A HOSPITAL THIS EXPERIENCE, WITH OUT THEIR HELP, WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH MORE OF A NIGHTMARE. A big shout out to all the staff

This hospital is not even a 1 star ..be warned !! Rude staff!! Daughter was having mini seizures due to high temperature, and all they cared about was sorting out the paper work for there money. Do not go to this hospital !!! Charged 75 euros for a lateral flow test .. absaloutley disgusting behaviour. No empathy at all. Really ruined our holiday .. the public hospital was absolutely amazing !!!! And it was free .

Went to A&E with my little daughter for a wound that had to be glued. They glued it so badly that it opened up immediately and when I went back and complained they told me that the wound can’t be glued even though they tried to glue it the night before. Appalling job that any trainee nurse could have done. Very poor experience for a private hospital. Would NOT recommend

Muchas gracias.

I broke my ankle while on holiday from the UK and was dealt with by Dolorez Martinez and Dr Tony Bauza. They were easy to deal with and spoke good English. I would recommend if you were put in the awkward position of needing medical attention while abroad.

(Translated by Google) Nice hospital. Good doctors, very friendly staff. Easily accessible, sometimes difficult parking. My last experience was a disappointment. 1 APRIL they pricked my blood. 13 APRIL a doctor would call me for the results (I have made an official appointment for this). I was NOT called that day. After Easter I called back. Now I can only go to May 23 to discuss the results of my blood test?! So there is almost 2 months between blood collection and results? While it is their fault that I was not called on the day I had a telephone appointment. When I expressed my disappointment I only got the answer that I should go to urgencias. I'm just in a little pain and would like to know my blood results. I wouldn't have to go to urgencias for that, would I? I don't think this is acceptable. (Original) Mooi ziekenhuis. Goede artsen, heel vriendelijk personeel. Makkelijk bereikbaar, soms lastig parkeren.

The worst experience in my life. Have never seen hospital so useless and EXPENSIVE. My daughter had a seizure and high temp, we were brought in and were told she has virus which they'll test her for. Next day we fount out it wasn't the virus she was tested for but Covid which we obviously had to pay 120e for. On the day when we arrived in an ambulance we were told the whole cost of our stay should be between 1-2k euros, however the ambulance trip itself cost 650e. We ended up paying 3000e for stay from 6pm until 1pm next day. In that time frame we have not had anyone checking up on our daughter and had to measure her temperature which was also challenging cause all the thermometers we were getting had low battery or no battery, and we also had to ask for medicine each time her temperature went up. We were forced to stay in the hospital for observation overnight but that was clearly not the case as no one checked her temperature or had any interest in that except for us. We only got food without asking but sure this is not what we were there for. At the end we still don't know what has happened to our daughter, what was the cause and if she will be ok as we were discharged when her temperature wasn't above 38 degrees Celsius. Not recommending this hospital at all! And if you're sent there just like we were make sure you have couple of thousands in your account.

I've been discharged today following an emergency admission. Although I don't speak Spanish, I found there were enough Drs and nurses to explain every step to me so I understood. There was an interpreter team to assist if required. Every member of staff made me feel cared for. It would have been five stars but a delay in communication with insurers due to clear staff shortage in this area caused some anxiety for me.

Thank you to Dr Gava, Dolores for making sure all went well with the surgery on my wife when she slipped on holiday and broke her ankle in three places. I put up the deposit so the surgery could take place (not known to me that the Insurance company had paid about half an hour later). I hope the deposit refund to be issued back to me will be actioned quickly by the Hospital. Thanks again

I'm not sure where to go to exactly to do my review so I'm going with this....Dr. Otero literally saved my life. After 3 days into my holiday I got ill. This man is walking God, any other doctor would have sent me home to our awful Irish Health care (he took me under his care for 3 weeks) I honestly don't know where I would be today but I do know that i would not be sitting here fit and healthy and back to work...only for this man. I truly owe him my life and i will never forgot how he over and beyond to get me better. If there were a million stars for this man i would give them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my life. As for Dolores...that woman better get the recognition in that hospital she deserves because that woman is an absolute lady. She is super busy and looks after everyone in that hospital. She had been nothing but kind and so so helpful. She has to be under alot of stress but constantly has a smile on her face and knows everyone's name, not to mention her knowledge of all her languages just so she can facilitate everyone who needs her. She is an angel in disguise. 1 million stars for Dolores also. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I will never forget what you guys have done for me. Thank you x Also I don't know where you have recruited your staff from on the wards but I have never been in contact with such kind and gentle hospital workers. An added bonus of course for my stay was naturally the good looking males...they absolutely did brighten my day everyday 🙂

Following a sudden illness on Holiday I was well looked after by all the staff at the hospital for the three weeks I was admitted. Dolores also helped immeasurably with the administrative side of things. Thanks!
