Took
my
wife
here
as
we
were
staying
at
the
hotel
across
the
street.
I
made
in-person
an
appointment
for
my
wife,
confirmed
the
date,
time
and
especially
the
price.
When
my
wife
came
to
the
appointment,
she
was
made
to
wait
almost
an
hour
while
the
lady
took
a
walk-in
(appt
for
my
wife
made
two
days
earlier).
Everyone
else
was
asked
if
they
wanted
tea.
My
wife
was
ignored
until
the
very
end.
In
addition,
the
lady
in
the
salon
charged
my
wife
almost
3
x
the
listed
price
plus
asked
for
a
tip.
My
wife,
shocked,
went
ahead
and
paid
but
came
back
to
the
room
very
upset.
Let
me
be
clear
to
all
on
something.
I
have
family
right
here
in
Belgium.
Local
to
this
area.
So
I’m
familiar
with
this
country.
Yes,
I
AM
a
tourist,
but
I
wanted
to
show
my
wife
my
mother’s
home
country.
All
day
today
we
have
been
treated
poorly
by
the
locals
of
Blankenberge.
The
rudeness
of
the
people
working
in
shops,
and
the
Italian
restaurant
we
went
to
earlier,
and
now
this?
I’d
recommend
a
lesson
in
manners.
My
mother
is
native
Belgian
born
and
raised
and
she
taught
me
manners.
Clearly
there
is
a
difference
in
class
here.
But
one
thing
is
for
sure
-
I’d
recommend
to
all
to
stay
clear
from
this
salon
and
I
don’t
care
who
I
offend.
To
the
locals
who
have
treated
us
well
-
I
give
you
my
thanks
and
my
heartfelt
gratitude
as
we
were
on
our
honeymoon.
To
the
rude
and
low
class
people
-
go
back
to
school,
go
to
church,
take
etiquette,
whatever
you
need
to
do,
but
seriously
please
remember
tourists
help
these
areas
thrive.
If
we
treat
you
kindly,
we
would
ask
for
you
to
do
the
same
even
if
you
do
not
like
us.
But
for
my
wife
and
I
we
will
not
return,
and
we
will
be
sharing
our
experiences
here.
