Good fun, both to watch and those brave or careless enough to try out some weird bikes on a nostalgic old wooden velodrome. 2,5 euro for (x?) minutes.

I had a great time at the velodrome today! I had never been to one before, but I was really impressed. The track was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. I decided to try out many of the novelty bikes, and I had a lot of fun. I rode a offset hub/wheel bike, bikes with different sized wheels front to back, pedals on wheels themselves and so on. Some were all a lot harder to ride than I thought they would be, but it was a lot of laughs. I would definitely recommend this velodrome to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience. It's a great place to get some exercise and have a laugh with friends. There is a very good Spa in front of the beach. Its really good thing to visit. Check the weather before going there. You can also visit the Port near to this area. But you need appointment for that. So book in advance. Also nice to see that. There is building in the beach. Very nice Sunset view from there.

Three Euros to ride crazy bikes for ten minutes. It was worth the money to watch my kids ride those bikes. 😂

Love it, great fun, with some funny bikes to ride

No cycling going on so just a track to look at! Blankenberge is a nice town, bits of the Seafront verge on Blackpoolesque though, so nice beach bars as well.

My husband was remembering the steps up to the promenade/beach from when he visited 60 years ago. They still exist. All thanks to the Belgian chap who offered friendship during the war to his headmaster inviting the children from Leeds to his hotel. Now a thriving holiday destination- just not to my taste. My husband helped with the bicycles on the velodrome as he couldn't afford to pay. He remembers being given the chance to ride when it became quiet.

This is a very fun attraction for people that want to ride bikes in ways that aren't imaginable they are build really funny and are a lot of fun
