Very nice hotel! Room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We spent few hours in the wellness and the saunas. Afterwards we dined at the restaurant and the dinner was delicious! Breakfast was superb! All in all very pleasant stay. Only thing I was missing was hand soap and sanitizers in the room. Also minibar would have been excellent addition, as we got couple takeaway beers from the brewery next door.

My main goal visiting this place was to have a immersive experience as a beer lover, and I got disappointed. This hotel was built where it was part of the Cerna Hora brewery, now the factory is beside the hotel. In the hotel almost nothing remind the guests that place is owned by a brewery, there is just a small museum of beer and nothing else. The main focus of the hotel, I realised after getting there is to be a SPA, offering many types of massages and therapeutics baths. Even working as a Spa the hotel is not special. There is a small pool, a collective Jacuzzi and saunas. All spaces try to be relaxing, but you will get stressed because the staff don't speak English, they communicate based on key words in English, so even requesting extea towels can be complicated. The rooms are small, bed and pillows comfortable, but the air conditioning wasn't working. The restaurant is overpriced, simple lunch for 2 people you will pay easly 1000 Czech crows, no wine included. I tried to visit the brewery and I got surprise that there is no support from the hotel. In the hotel they asked me to book it by myself directly in the brewery reception and there nobody speaks English, so the visiting wasn't possible. At the end, as a beer lover experience, the only thing that I had was the beer bath and a no guided visiting to the small beer museum in the hotel. Definitely, it didnt worth the money as a beer lover. If you don't speak Czech this is not a place for you.

I was a host just in wellness part but it is quite nice. Beside of the initial load of people while there is probably peak around 7:30pm there was enough space and calm compared to the other wellness in the region. Total of 4 saunas is quite enough to relax. The best part though is a relax zone that is done in the old basement (similar to the rest of the sauna) and you can watch the ceiling mixed of bricks and stones while relaxing.

Very comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. Own restaurant (very good, diversified food) and brewery close by. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved, more international assortment (more sorts of bread, croissant, bacon, eggs ...)

Nice hotel for a business meeting. Classic Czech cuisine often heavy, good vegetarian dishes (I'm not vegetarian but prefer vegetarian food here). The room I had was spacious, unfortunately with windows into a narrow passage behind which there is another building, leading to basically no view, a need to have the heavy curtains closed in the evening, and a kind of squeezed feeling (but that can be much different in other rooms).

Our family recently embarked on a breathtaking mountain trip, and on our way back, we decided to stop by a restaurant that had been recommended to us by a colleague. What an extraordinary decision that turned out to be! Our experience at this establishment was nothing short of exceptional, and we were left thoroughly impressed. First and foremost, the staff deserves a special mention. From the moment we walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and dedication to providing top-notch service were truly commendable. It's rare to encounter such a level of hospitality, and it greatly enhanced our dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food – it was nothing short of amazing. The menu offered a delightful variety of dishes to choose from, and every single one we ordered exceeded our expectations. The flavors were exquisite, and each dish was beautifully presented. It was evident that the chefs in the kitchen take great pride in their craft. But it wasn't just the main courses that impressed us. Even something as simple as coffee was a revelation. The rich, aromatic coffee was served with care and attention to detail. It was the perfect way to wrap up our meal. As we reluctantly left the restaurant, we couldn't help but wish that this gem of a place was closer to where we live. The combination of exceptional staff, impressive food, and delicious coffee made our stop on the way back from our mountain adventure truly memorable. We will definitely be returning whenever we find ourselves in the area again. Highly recommended!
