I took a few of my girlfriends here to experience the most amazing pampering. And the experience doesn't finish when your treatment does as afterwards we got to relax and continue our unwinding in the lounge area. Pure Bliss. Katie and her team are awesome. Then we stayed over in the accommodation that they offer as well, to which we were well and truly looked after.

Ladies you deserve this wonderful pampering.. My owner/ therapist was just the best and I recommend her highly. Looking forward to return visit.

They were inviting and made the experience memorable. The facility is clean with lovely decor with the relaxed ambience lighting. I stayed at the Manor for 5 nights and treated myself to several spa treatments at Changes while I was there, and I just had the most relaxing and lovely time away! Everyone who works there was so friendly and helpful, and I am already looking forward to booking my next stay! I recommend the spa services to anyone, and being able to stay there made it the perfect getaway.
