Most friendly staff, food fresh and plated well. Service excellant. Decor can improve but overall worth stopping and enjoying a burger

Waited 30min for our food. Asked for a refund and we where not helped. We got our food but it was cold. EDIT: Thank you for the reply but you can be bothered to spell my name correct. My review will stay as is for now. Will visit and update my review next year.

Probably the worst cheese burger I’ve ever eaten. Steers needs to take a good long look at this outlet, it damages their reputation. Do not eat here.

Ordered a king steer burger combo and a cheese burger. Was disappointed to find that the cheese burger did not have any cheese and the king steer was just an original burger with 1 patty and also NO cheese. What a rip-off!!

The chicken was dry and the wacky Wednesday burger tasted like they were old.

Make sure you check your order, lucky we sat down to eat and saw their mistake, then was given a little attitude and no sorry for your inconvenience! Won't see me again.

Stopped to use the toilet and buy some food The lady cleaning the toilets was so rude to am elderly woman using a walking stick saying - Do you have to walk on the wet floors that I have just cleaned, now I need to clean then again So for the low low price of just R2.00 per person to use this toilet you get - toilets that do not flush, staff that are rude to customers and a turnstile that is just big enough for a person to get through let alone someone that needs help to use a toilet Then she gave me a bucket to "flush" the toilet on the men's side If this is how you treat your customers then you have failed in your chosen industry aka the service industry We left and will not be making use of anything they have to offer

Shop staff were very friendly and professional as well as the petrol attendant who was excellent and helpfull. Can you please help this guy to get new glasses and a clean uniform, he is really eager to work.

While I ordered I understood why the place so was empty. While the food was up to standard, the shop/restaurant just felt OFF. Wanted to dine in but rather sat in the car and enjoyed the meal

We stopped off for a bite to eat and use the restrooms. We were happy with the service and food but the irritating thing about these small towns is having to pay to use the restrooms. I know it's a very small amount, but who still carries change with them? Thankfully the side gate was open and this was used by the patrons visiting, but since one of the main reasons to stop at such a place would be to use the restroom, I would suggest a great establishment like Steers could offer free access to clients. No disrespect to this Steers outlet, since we stopped here for a bite to eat and the restrooms, I thought I'd mention it.

The food was great even though they gave me a wrong order which I realised late as I was traveling.

They got our order wrong three times. The food was mediocre. The lady who served us in the end was friendly, and sorted some of the errors in ordering.

The staff is friendly, the seating is clean and very organized.

Pathetic you pay R500 for food, pay almost R1000 for petrol and still they won't let you use a toilet unless you pay a further R2. After going through an effort to get a R2 change from the clerk and then giving the cleaning lady R10, the toilet is without toilet paper, dirty floors and taps are not working. Disgusting place, keep on going.
