Very young unmotivated staff. Most go karts were "broken: and remaining 2 were about as fast as a baby walker. Kids will have fun but it will cost a good amount of money for 3 kids.

It was our first time here and had a lot of fun. The kids enjoyed all the rides, playgrounds, and games. Some machines didn't work, and we got charged, but the staff was quick to give us the lost credit. There is also a bowling section and many private birthday rooms. Overall, it is a good place to visit as a family or do a birthday.

Needed a break while traveling out of town with kids... Found this place and kids loved it. Bought the unlimited rides bracelet... Kids havd a blast on all the rides. Food was decent and better than I expected honestly. Will probably visit again if I'm ever in the area.

It was spectacular!!!! I took my daughter to have some fun for her birthday. And she and her friends lived it!! I paid $36 and some change, fir each child. Which was for 10 rides @ $25.00 plus the $10.00 for games. They have a $35.00 unlimited ride pass, but unfortunately that's Monday through Thursday. Despite that, it was affordable for me and everyone had a blast. Food was perfect as well. Pizza, Hot wings, and the sample platter!

So this place was decent! I went on a Wednesday with my mom and 4 year old. They had all the standard games for indoor amusement arcades. Not many for younger kids. The rides that were available for my daughter had no attendant. She and another girl her age both had meltdowns in the jungle gym maze. Some games were not working and only only a handful give actual tickets, the rest go on a card. The ones I played that gave tickets seemed VERY generous. Pizza was way better than I expected, she chose the pepperoni and it was surprisingly tasty, soft crust, not a toaster made Jack's or anything. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I interacted with them. Restaurant area was impeccably clean. I give it 4 stars for being as clean as it was, the pizza and helpfulness of staff. Much better than some similar places I've visited. It's likely more enjoyable for an 8-14 age group and I'll definitely go back again when she's older.

Excellent rides for kids between 6-9 with somewhat lackluster video game selection. It was a far better arcade when it was Galaxy World! But back to the rides, my 7 year old loved the (deadly silent electric) go karts, bumper cars, and roller coaster, in that order. Being taller than 42" is important if your kid wants to ride all the rides. Parents can join the fun on the bumper cars and roller coaster but not the go karts. Get the 10 rides for $25 deal because otherwise rides average $5 each.

Super cute indoor fun play. They have rides for all the kids. I plan to host my daughters party here with so many different private rooms it's convenient. Everything was affordable and reasonably priced.

This is a great place for Children 12 and under. Teens can have some fun here too but it's generally geared toward families with younger children. This place is indoors and yet have some carnival style rides. There's a Tilt-A-Whirl, Carousel, Bumper Cars, and a real Rollercoaster! I would advise getting the 10 ride pass for $25 dollars because it's much cheaper than spending cash on the game card. They also have many video games here and ticket games as well. They have a huge play area for smaller kids that is two stories tall. This is a great place for kids to burn off excess energy. There is another section where they have bowling alleys and a pool table, which is on the other side of the cafeteria. They have many private rooms for birthday parties. I had their pizza and it was pretty good. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and plan on taking my 9 year old here many more times.

I went to Safari land for a 5 year old birthday party, had never been but was pleasantly surprised. We did the Tiny Tigers option. It was a party of 15, 3-5 year olds and they had a blast. My 3 and 5 year old were impressed with the rollercoaster and the whirly rides. The bumper cars are for 5yr olds and up since your legs have to be long. Besides that, everything was so fun. It was spacious and clean. It was crowded on a Sat at Noon of course but we didn't have to wait for rides considering we're on a time constraint with a party. Would definitely return. If you have a child under 3, they won't be able to do anything (they have to be a certain height- and my petite 3 year old just made it), wouldn't recommend. Didn't play many games, but the couple we did play were okay.

Fun place for adults and kids! Purchase money on a card for arcade games- $.75-$2.00 a game and you can add on rides depending on what you are interested in. Dropped by on a Sunday afternoon was busy but didn’t have to wait long for games/rides. Can also host birthday parties for kids! Will definitely bring my little one here again.

My kids had a blast here! It wasnt that expensive, i paid $25 for a card for 10 rides and was able to split it between my 2 kids. They have rides and games for all ages. And since my kids are a little younger, I was able to accompany them on most of the rides so they were still able to experience the fun!

Cool place, not a lot of people there when we went. They have really high quality games, better than other places we’ve been. Loved the racing games. Food was decent as well, good pricing overall. Will Be going back again!

The manager was more than accommodating staff was very efficient. Kids had a wonderful wonderful time at a birthday party. She went above and beyond to accommodate everybody. She is very good with every person. She comes in contact with quite accommodating to everyone’s needs. Tell them that on every station and make sure everyone is safe. I definitely would take any have another party there for all my grand children.

This place is pretty great. It can be kinda pricey, but there are options to totally mitigate the cost: 10-ride passes, unlimited ride wristbands, and package deals. One thing that really stands out about this place is the complete diversity of the kids. Especially during the summer, there are school busses that bring day camp kids from Chicago for group outings, and it's pretty great to share our town with kids who might not have a place like this in their community.

Staff was great. Games were fun. Some games not working without an out of order sign, so they kept taking points out your card. Clean and fun environment. Would recommend.

I really liked this place. All the employees were really attentive, friendly and helpful. The place was clean, the eating area is big and the food order was ready faster than I expected. The bathroom were clean all the time. The rides are enjoyable for kids and adults. I don’t remember his name but one employee was very kind (he was skinny with curly hair) with my child that have autism. I didn’t even have to mention it to him, he figured it out and when i was calling my child he told me “I Just let him be so don’t worry” and those words mean a lot to me. Usually people will look at my child like he is crazy but he likes to run and play by himself and this particular employee made my child 5th birthday even better. He was in the “playground” area.

My kids had a great time and that’s the goal, so I’m happy with that. The pizza and service for the party we attended were great. However, for the amount of guest that were there on 2/19/22 I was upset to see employees not cleaning or wiping anything down. I can’t remember if I even seen hand sanitizer, but that’s okay because I had my own. Again, the kids enjoyed themselves but I would probably not return due to the fact that the employees made no attempts to sanitize.

We couldn’t have been more happy today at Safari Land. It was a truly enjoyable time. At the desk, David and Raina made sure all the passes were correct for the 10 year old group I brought. They were kind to us even though one of the girls asked for the wrong pass. David and Raina gladly fixed the mistake. Later when we added additional games to the pass. David gave me a complimentary pass for a game I loved. How nice! We were some of the only ones there on a school day where our kids got out for half a day in our district. Travis one of the ride operators, made sure he was at each ride. He was kind and polite and helped the girls have safe fun on each ride! What a day and what a wonderful Safari Land staff!

I have a party there every year for my child. I've been going there for 7 years now. It's always clean and is bigger and better than most other kids party places. The food is good and reasonably priced. They always have space on the date that we choose to attend. The only problem is when you have a cake they don't want to give you anything to cut it with so please make sure you bring your own cutting utensils. This year we forgot to bring a knife and they wouldn't give us anything at all. The kitchen staff and even the managers were of no help. Ultimately they gave us a cake spatula to cut the cake with but the spatula bent and was of very little use. The cut could not be cut with a small plastic knife.

Place is cool place but workers make the place lame as hell! No smiling faces and have attitude problem! Location and employee need to change! But the food prices are good and made fast! No complaints about the food! The one for the food if not for that I would have have zero stars!

Great place to have kids birthday parties or just go to enjoy with your kids on your free time. This place has it all, toddler rides and adventure play area, bumper cars, tiger roller coaster and huge arcade area. Hands down best customer service from each and every employee was courteous to everyone at our sons birthday party last weekend. Best part is all the kids were different ages from 2 to 16 and all had a fantastic time including all the adults who also enjoyed the arcade games. Special thanks to the 2 helpers for our party room, Luvia and Jamie, they definitely deserve recognition for exceptional service, they made this a wonderful experience, they helped setup the party room and serve fries and pizza (which was also very good taste) and give slices of cake to the big platoon of kids we had for birthday party. Overall great place and definitely recommend for all ages fun times.

So fun , worker were cleaning , and much to do with the games and rides. Food was delicious and it was fulfilling.Other customers were nice. The workers were kind. Adults can have just as fun as the kids. We will come back definitely!

We've been bringing our kids here for their birthdays for the last couple years. They have fun with all the rides and games, but the service leaves much to be desired as the employees are not very friendly with the kids or adults. We also had to ask someone to start attending the carousel after waiting there for 8 minutes on a busy Saturday and come to find 6 employees standing around behind a counter chatting. Also the announcements are WAY TOO LOUD, they could really be turned down a bit so they at least don't hurt your ears!

I was really impressed with this indoor amusement park! It's big, spaced out, clean, affordable, FUN! I went this passed Friday 7pm-9pm for my daughter's 10th birthday and she had a blast! She especially loved the Rollercoaster lol. All the games and rides worked. It wasn't crowded either which I enjoyed. I definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. After reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting much of the staff or the location, but our party attendant was amazing. He was always near by if we needed something and he kept the party on a timely movement. The restrooms were clean and most importantly my daughter and her party guests had a great time!
