I had several issues with this hotel but this is the main one: I stayed one night with my family and left something important to me in one of the rooms: a case with a charger for my prosthetic leg. The charger is an extremely expensive proprietary item and the case held sentimental value to me. I called the hotel and they confirmed that they had found it. I asked if they could mail it to me if I paid for the mailing supplies. The front desk employee (a woman) told me that the hotel does not do that and my ONLY option was to pick it up in person. This is an asinine policy for a hotel that serves out of state guests. I live 5 hours away! The next day I called back and spoke to the manager (male). The manager told me I could mail the hotel a prepaid label and a prepaid bubble envelope, and they would put my items in the bubble envelope and mail it to me. I did exactly that: I mailed the hotel a pink bubble envelope with a prepaid label affixed to it. I included a letter explaining the purpose of the envelope, with instructions and a description of my items. I made it pink so it would be very visually obvious. They never mailed my items back to me. The hotel staff did not follow through on their promise to mail me my charger and case. On this alone I cannot recommend ever staying there. If you leave something there, it’s gone.

Incredibly strange hotel. Beds aren’t even actual beds, they’re more like cots. No bedbugs, but be warned it isn’t particularly clean, either — visible dust and hair on surfaces. Rooms are not well kept — the chair in our room has cuts all over it, and the other room our relatives were staying in had an obvious hole punched through the bathroom door (front desk was aware and in no hurry to fix it). Oh, and when we booked, they assured us our rooms were next to each other. I guess one room on the 2nd floor and the other on the 4th floor are close enough. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, but the fact that you can’t talk to anyone at the front desk past a certain hour is unusual. Windows have blinds but no curtains. Soap and conditioner are provided, but no shampoo(??). Non-smoking hotel, but most people seem to ignore that; You could definitely smell cigarettes in the hallway. Clientele here are… a bit quirky. If you stay longer than seven days, they make you wash your own linens, or pay an extra fee. This is not the worst hotel you can stay in, but it doesn’t get a whole lot worse than this. I wouldn’t put my mom in this hotel. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else, seriously.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Towels are not replaced unless you take them to the front desk. Front desk however is only open during certain times. TV controller did not work. Sofa chair was falling apart. You hear what other customers are doing and they probably hear you - not well insulated. Sketch part of town… This is not a place I recommend others staying in.

The rooms are nice but don't have curtains over the mini blinds so there was a lot of light leaking in. The check in desk closes at 10 PM, so when I arrived I had to call after hours support and someone came down to check me in. Key card machine was down so we had to be let into our room by management. Staff was very nice and kept apologizing for the inconveniences. I'll try it again the next time I'm in town and update the review.

The area is fine. The rooms are okay. There was a lot of staining of some liquid on the bedside lamp shade. Front desk in the afternoon is incredibly rude. They are not compassionate workers. One lady specifically was not kind. I had an incident where I lost my credit card and needed to pay another week for my room. I asked if they can just use my card on file. She told me they can't they have to use the physical card. I was trying to explain my situation and how they have process my card on file but she was not having it. Then the following week their card machine wasn't working so she told me she can just use the computer to process it. I thought you needed the physical card? I feel that they overcharge my card. They keep changing the prices even though they said they will honor my rate since I have been there since June. Not everyone at the front desk are Nightmares. Just the lady in the afternoon. I honestly wish I stayed somewhere else. I do not recommend at all

Hotel is a low cost option. Would not recommend. Pay the extra $50 to stay at a more reputable chain. Multiple cars with severe damage in parking lot, one was clearly not moving any time soon. Hotel had more of a motel vibe. Just not a great experience.

The floors are really dirty, all the halls have a really bad smell. The receptionist was not friendly and did not responde in a nice way. Never recommending.

Need to train the front desk lady how to be nice to people because she's not at all, when I ask her to Check the room beside the attitude she was giving me she got mad, what a customer service you have at this hotel, if you like to be treated like garbage then you are welcome. I even ask her anywhere but not first floor they she said that it's fully booked and that wasn't true at all, Don't come to this place.

Even though I'm currently still here, I'm gonna write about the experience so far. I was the pain in the butt guest, changing our reservations & asking a million questions. Annette at the front desk was super nice & very helpful. We get to our room and it was a pleasant surprise!! I had my doubts but I was proven wrong. Our room was clean, I went and did laundry the night we got in and it was so nice & clean & I love that I can use my debit card to wash and dry clothes. NO complaints and I'd recommend it to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Booked for 3 nights and barely made it through the night. Room was a mess, holes in the bathroom doors from both sides, stains on the walls, hair all over the floor. People yelling in the hallways, walking around with alcohol in paper bags. Heard all sort of conversations outside at 4 am! No blackout blinds, so even if they are closed plenty of sunlight coming in and at night beaming street lights right into your room. I wouldn’t stay here again even if they were giving out the rooms for free.

My experience was okay there was things that could have been better but over all it was good stay. I do think that the manager she's a little over the top and should handle certain things more discreetly but you could tell she may have not just been in a good space because she does talk very calmly when having a conversation. The front Desk Clerks are wonderful minny derrick and selena are fantastic minny is very polite and calming goes over and beyond to make sure are stay was very confortable Derrick is very well spoken young man and he also cleans for the hotel and lets just say It always smells amazing and Selena was actually the one who gave us a tour a month before booking and she was so high spirited very friendly knows all of her guest very well her memory is very good as well she remembered me and my husband name the day of check in which we were shocked she was just there for a second I believe she was just getting off. There was some few other people there didn't catch their names but they are great too when getting house keeping service it was great we had the chance of having both house keepers clean are room and both done an amazing job very neat and tidy. over all as a great two months stay defiantly will be BACK!!!

Have been here for awhile now. Pretty soundproof, clean and great location. The staff has been helpful and accommodating. They’ve done some upgrades while we’ve been here and now the free WiFi is awesome and bright lighting around the entire property.

Called this location initially. Spoke to Briana on 2 occasions. She's VERY nice and helpful on the phone. I recently checked in here. LOVE IT. So affordable and CLEAN. Quiet for a busy hotel. Great location too. Most of these reviews that are bad are wrong and or lying. Not sure why the bad reviews? I've had nothing but a GREAT experience!

I have to call out the amazing team here! Specifically, the GSR Selina and GM Brianna! They went above and beyond for myself and my daughter regarding our stay. I haven't had such great customer service on quite some time! We were going to change to a closer location, but after their help yesterday, I will just eat that extra 10 minutes of drive time. Lol Great job, Ladies! Your excellent work is definitely seen and appreciated!

The lady at the front desk at night was very welcoming and provided outstanding customer service to me and my friend upon checking in . The hotel room was beyond my expectations, it was extremely clean from walls to the bathroom. They hotel itself was nicely decorated as well.

This hotel does not use designated rooms for pets only. All their rooms accommodate dogs, so if you are allergic to dogs or just the thought of dogs on your beds and accidents in your room, or someones dog jumping on you in the elevator or dogs barking while you are trying to sleep which happened to me, or going oustide and you see dogs in landscaping doing their business, you may need to find an alternative hotel.

It was okay, definitely nicer than most places. Although, the wifi is super slow they want you to pay $12.99 for the “premium” but basic is so slow it can’t even load youtube or my emails just basic things wifi is used for. The shower did have two hairs in it so idk if they clean the showers that well. Another thing the people outside are super loud, just hanging out outside until 5AM yelling and playing music, but you get what you buy for such a cheap price. Would be five stars just based on the wifi.

I stayed there for one night “glad it was only one night”. The receptionist was extremely rude from the beginning. The room smelled like a hundred cigarettes but they refuse to do anything about it. There are way better options in the area so I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went to check in. Waited 20 minutes at the front desk before seeing an employee. And she wasn't even on the clock. Room was alright when I finally got into it. Then the slamming doors all through the night kept me from getting any kind of decent sleep. Going to look for something better and you should too.

Went here based on the positive reviews... wished I went elsewhere. The floor felt really gross. Went to sit on the bed and the mattress slid completely off to where I almost fell and hit my back on the frame. They also required masks (which is fine) but seemed to be discretionary... as in when a black person didnt wear it and said "they forgot" it was fine but if it was a white person, it was "the reason america is the way it is" and they stayed outside.

This hotel wasn’t part of my plans for life, but it did become an unexpected home for my family. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the hallways. The family-like friendliness of the staff was above and beyond anything I could have hoped for - many thanks! Everyone working there deserves a raise AND a pizza party.

Booked a large queen bed with a couch a month and a half before check in and it wasn't available for ten day after arriving. Was put in smaller room that had not been kept up properly, had to clean the air vents from dog hair before we could sleep there. The funds had already been paid by my credit card company.

The staff is efficient, friendly and awesomely helpful. I can't believe I was lucky enough to get a reservation. This is a very popular place to stay. It's also a great place for children and pets.

I Stayed at this hotel for a year & 7 months. Loved the staff. Loved my room & how quiet it is. I always felt safe & taken cared of because of the Staff. I never had issues with them or my room. I would definitely come here again if I ever come to the area.

Final grade : F- I wish I could leave 0 stars. Horrendous experience. Very unprofessional. We tried to check in but nobody was at the lobby desk from 10:30 until we gave up at 11:20 on Monday Apr 26. We called the front desk multiple times from the house phone in the pre-lobby (dialing 500) and via cell phones. Charged for the week. We had to arrange last minute lodging somewhere else.

The place is okay. Pretty convinient and cheap choice. The front desk that time is Minee. She gave us tour around. Very polite and respectful. It is pretty clean, and quiet when we tour the place. But the place is sometimes hard to get room, they easily go full, depending on the other guest who will extend their stays. The location is also good, near gas station, church, fast foods and groceries.

Upon arriving our first week, I was greeted by a very sweet front desk lady. Sad to say that would be the only time. Then we found out that I could not leave my sons there to work or go on interviews, never heard of this before. They are 14 and 16, and more mannered than most adults and certainly more mannered than the two females that were at the front desk when I paid for our second week. We came to the front desk and one would not even look at us, she was at the register, the other asked ‘ you checking out? ‘ I said well, out and back in, we are staying an additional week, She loudly says ‘ oh hell no , uh uh, no, you staying in that room, we aren’t cleaning it! ‘ I didn’t even know how to reply. I wasn’t asking although honestly after a week, why would you not, but zero manners and the other says without looking at me, what’s the last four of your card, I don’t need those’ as I was trying to give her my driver license and debit card. They were rude and intimidating, as if we were being rude to be at the counter or to stay longer. I literally paid over $300 plus $60 for an uber, just to LEAVE ON PURPOSE, for two nights at Chicago Club the following week, as I looked up another place to stay. You lost our money, no respect, period. Another time, we were coming in after getting food and walking to nearby starbucks and the female behind counter literally barks ‘ you staying here! ? ! , ‘ at our backs while going through second door, obvious with key only access. Didn’t ever want to come through lobby after that encounter, NEVER AGAIN. First lady and janitor were truly great though, And the room itself and location good, you have a personnel issue, respect must be mutual and a minimal level of courtesy, guests are not an inconvenience or be intimidated by rude and loud staff, and should not be made to feel as if they are in the way, or somehow bothering your staff, what in the world do they work there for then? Nasty rude attitudes and the one not even making eye contact but being the one to make charges , also didn’t give recipes for internet, but was literally too scared to ask, didn’t want to be treated badly again. They need to find jobs outside of the customer service realm. My sons and I were horrified and disgusted. Again, my two sons that could not be allowed in room alone have way more intelligence and manners. They have never treated another human being in such as manner and surely would not were that their responsibility and paid position. Good grief!

Hotel is clean, only smells cigarette smoke at times. I would also like to commend one of your staffs, her name is Miney. Shes an asset to your company. She’s very professional, polite, courteous, friendly etc. When my daughter came to visit, she also made mention that she was so nice Iwhen she asked her questions. We travel a lot and the receptionists who is accommodating and has a smile on their faces makes our day, and that’s how Miney is. Thanks for the opportunity.

Booked a night here over labor day weekend. Hotel double booked and claimed to have left a voicemail notifying us, which they definitely did not. Told us when we got there that they had no room. Read the other reviews! They do this quite frequently. They left us out to dry, and did not attempt to make up for their mistake in any way.

They board up the front desk with shades after hours. they put up signs that basically yell at you for holding the door for a neighbor or family (basically telling you not to do that) they have the most dirtiest laundry rooms and not to mention expensive. The staff is not really helpful and pretty lazy! (Watch your back because the staff will likely steal money from your card if they feel like it) This place will steal your money, and even the staff if your not careful.
