this
hotel
although
it
was
the
first
time
here
it
will
be
my
last.
Went
to
chk
in
yesterday
the
standard
protocol...room
keys
ready
at
chk
in
then
im
told
to
pay
$215.00
even
though
ihg
had
systematic
issues
i
was
informed
by
"Mike"
the
manager
Of
this
location
who
took
my
ihg
number
and
assured
me
he
was
able
to
put
in
my
reservation
under
ihg
account....
I
explained
who
i
talked
to
and
when
the
desk
clerk
called
mile
showed
up
and
he
identified
him
self
and
ask
what
seams
to
be
the
issue
i
explained
that
i
was
the
gentleman
who
he
spoke
with
14hours
prior
and
that
he
continued
to
deny
it
was
him
i
was
speaking
with
on
the
phone
but
he
would
contact
that
employee
at
home
to
get
to
the
bottom
of
it
a
few
min
later
mile
showed
up
with
the
ihg
contact
info
apologizing
but
he
could
not
assist
Luckily
i
removed
into
my
ihg
app.
Secured
the
room
and
checked
in
all
was
good
until
we
get
to
room
407
nasty
dirty
room
,
but
being
exhausted
from
the
days
events
i
would
deal
with
it
for
one
night
moments
later
knock
on
the
room
door
,
oh
sir
im
sorry
but
your
tv
remote
don't
work
please
use
this
(
ok
i
think
to
myself
that's
strange
)
if
the
remote
didn't
work
why
wait
until
after
we
get
to
our
room
to
fix
it

Torn
screen
on
the
window
and
now
the
wall
sockets
in
the
room
are
not
staying
on
Call
down
for
an
extra
blanket
housekeeping
shows
up
with
a
change
of
bed
sheets
goes
to
hand
them
to
me
as
if
i
needed
to
change
the
sheets
too...
I
replied
i
asked
for
a
extra
blanket
with
a
rolling
of
her
eyes
and
disgused
tone
ill
be
right
back
could
you
please
also
bring
2
pillows
I
asked
if
looks
could
kill
it
be
dead.....
Storms
off
with
a
few
min
later
knock
on
the
door
hands
me
the
blanket
and
two
pillows
i
thanked
her
and
she
stormed
off
...
This
morning
8am
knock
on
the
door
in
comes
a
housekeeper
to
clean
the
room
Excuse

!!!!!
On
a

Nebraska
this
hotel
has
me
considering
never
to
return
to
any
holiday
The
pool
was
disgusting
so
foggy
you
could
not
see
the
bottom
however
the
web
page
said
the
pool
was
down
it
was
not
being
monitored
as
guests
where
in
the
pool
and
hot
tub
...
Hotel
very
dated...the
are
over
priced
scamming
customers
on
price
...
on
the
web
page
they
state
one
price
much
lower
then
whay
they
charge.
They
did
not
welcome
me
as
an
ihg
member
they
never
thanked
me
for
being
a
customer
let
alone
an
ihg
member
nobody
called
up
after
chk
in
as
i
understand
is
the
standard
requirement
STAY
AWAY
THIS
PLACE
SHOULD
BE
CONDEMNED
IN
MY
OPION
WHAT
A
DISGRACE
TO
THE
NAME
