I've lived here for about 14 months and this place is one of the best apartments I've lived in. Dani and the rest of the front office is great and the maintenance team is on point. If I had any issues, I've never had to wait more than a day for them to come take care of the issue. The amenities are also outstanding, my favorite is the gym, there's everything you would need that a standard gym would have. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve lived here for 2 months so far, and overall i love it here. the office employees are super helpful- though hard to reach by phone. If you go in person to see them with your concerns they’re so so helpful and wonderful. i love that we have trash valet, although they’re a bit picky about what they can and cannot take. the buildings are well maintained, clean hallways and common areas. great areas to take your dogs out, i love the dog park. the amenities in the front building are AWESOME. SUPER great mail system. It’s quiet too. In June i moved into a ground floor unit and had some super loud upstairs neighbors, and two months later i moved into a unit on the third floor and have had absolutely no problems since. just a personal preference :) caroline handled it wonderfully. definitely love it here!!! no place is completely perfect, but it’s pretty dang close here!

The apartment is luxurious, the staff is wonderful, and the community is a joy to be a part of! I have lived in the Savannah area for most of my life and this is my favorite community that I have ever lived in. I would highly recommend Parc at Pooler to anyone looking for a new home in the Savannah area.

I had a great experience living at this complex! This is a newer complex with nice finishes & great amenities - I particularly enjoyed using the dog spa & also loved the nightly valet trash pickup. They regularly have food trucks on-site too which was nice. Caroline & Dani with the management team have always been super friendly and promptly addressed any issues I had (which were very few). I would definitely live here again!

I have every much enjoyed living here… the overall experience has been wonderful and everything from maintenance to the community events has been fantastic.

From the moment I laid eyes on this place, I knew it was for me. The ameneties are so great and the pool is like a resort. The clubhouse is always available and always clean. The digital key system is fantastic. I can control most of my appliances and manage those items I need to control from my phone. That is a plus anywhere. I have lived here for nearly 18 months and I have had a wonderful time. Management is courteous and kind. The valet trash service is timely and saves on having to load your trash to the dumpster. I live on the 3rd floor, so having elevators is a huge plus on grocery days. There is a great dog park, although I don't use it; but it helps many neighbors to have a dedicated place to let their dogs roam. There are also ports for charging electric vehicles and a self-serve carwash center. All of the neighbors with whom I have had the pleasure to meet are also friendly and courtesy too. With the gated community, you feel safe and secure. The 24 hours gym is a huge, huge plus. The only reason I would leave is if the rates drop low enough to buy a home...otherwise this is the perfect location and a wonderful place to live. I rate it a 5 of 5 stars.

My arrival went smooth. Apartment ready on time, excellent service provided by the office team. Dani is amazing, engaging and customer service oriented. Amenities well kept, apartment is very nice.

Exceptional staff with a friendly touch! Adela is absolutely amazing! Her professionalism, kindness and genuine care for residents stands out. She takes time to answer your questions and is very responsive to your needs. Danny is also wonderful! She ensures that anything needed is taken care of immediately. The warm welcome from both of them reflects the type of community that has been developed at this apartment community. We can't thank them enough for making us feel at home!

This review is based solely on the staff working in the front offices. (The property is beautiful, but I don’t move in until next week). I had a very short window of opportunity to find an apartment and LeiAnna was fantastic throughout the entire process - patient, personable and very friendly. Parc is lucky to have her!
