    I just spent over $300 on a Blackstone Grill. I picked it up today around 7:30PM. I spent the last 2hours building it with my wife. We get to the last piece,The actual grill top and it’s used and sticky af. It’s permanently stained. I need a manager to call me asap. I tried calling but I think customer service is closed. I want a credit for them wasting my time and for them to replace to top. I already built the grill and I don’t feel like returning it. I just need a new grill top. It’s disgusting that you guys would put something used back on the floor and expect us to pay full price. If this isn’t resolved I’ll be returning the entire item.

    To be honest, I don't see anything great with this store. I bought 6 packs of Gatorade for a friend, and both the cashier and the employee who checks the receipts (which both names I forgot) were very unprofessional. They basically did not know what they were doing. The cashier was not keeping track of how many bottles she scanned she even asked me to look at her screen to make sure. It turned out it was correct, but it is her job to make sure it's correct. Then, when I came across the employee who checks the receipts, she made me go back to the self check out and scan each flavor once again. When I went home and checked my receipts, it turned out it was correct before, and I was overcharged because of employees who don't know what they are doing. And not only that, many of them don't speak English. I went back to the store and went to customer service. At least getting the refund wasn't too bad. But after that experience, I probably won't be back.

    Stop treating every customer like a thief. Your crew at the exit door asks for receipts, and they don’t even look at what is written there. They are spending most of their time chatting with each other and basically don't care what is going on in the store. That is called poor customer experience!

    Walmart, you should be ASHAMED of your customer service skills and how you train your employees. If you are going to double check receipts at the exit, let the customer provide a receipt BEFORE you accuse them of theft. And then once a receipt is provided .... you should ACTUALLY CHECK IT. When you find out you are WRONG you should issue an apology. I have never had an experience like this before in my life. What a RUDE and unapologetic employee we had checking our receipt today. She didn't even ask or look for a receipt. She simply stopped us at the exit and pointed to anything that was not bagged (12 packs of soda and a large box of wipes, ALL too big for bags) and accused us of theft and not scanning them. Three employees were standing at the exit chatting. One gentleman obviously embarrassed by her behavior. What a great way to lose customers.

    The return workers hardly manage and know how to use the computer effectively. After 30 minutes of waiting and after they scanned my product 20 times they decided to call the manager whose name is Jeff. But after 15 minutes of waiting for the manager, my patience was at its limit. Worst Walmart ever!

    Walmart, a very convenient store, sells everything you need for the home, from postcards to sofas, and now, on the eve of Halloween, they sell all sorts of holiday necessities

    Friendly customer service at this location. The shelves are well stocked here. This location is cleaner than others. Overall I have a good experience when I shop here.

    Wow.unbelieveable just before the holidays shopping!Everything was stocked-ready to buy.Parking not a problem- bring in your own cart,The staff just can't keep up with bringing them in.Staff answering questions-happy to help.Check out was surprisingly speedy.Much cleaner than 6 months ago when I was there.
